That all depends on how you are using your segments. If you want to take a dive into email marketing, segments, funnels, etc. I would highly suggest Jenna Kutcher’s list to launch course.
When trying the free flodesk,do you get statistics in each segment? The clickthrough rate and all this statistics you're showing us,or you have to pay?
Flodesk will show you the stats for each individual email you send. If it is in a workflow, you will have to enter the workflow to look at the analytics for each individual email you send in your workflow.
@@WedLocks How do you add already opted in people (of an existing segment) to a new workflow campaign for the same segment. Because they aren't opting IN to the new form.
You will need to add a form to start capturing emails. You can create the form in Flodesk. If you already have some sort of form capturing emails, you may want to connect it with Zapier, but using the Flodesk form is the easiest way.
How do you add last names to be captured in the forms? I can't seem to get it on the full page. It's only on the in line form.

I created a workflow but my audience seems not to get the emails. Is it because I edited?..
Make sure you workflow is published and has a segment assigned to it. They will only enter the workflow when they have joined the segment.

How do we start a workflow if someone bought from us on Shopify? Does it automatically segment buyers?
@@anisha2785 I connect my Flodesk with my online systems using Zapier. That may be a solution for you.
