I have the Dezl 800 and the one complaint is the settings for route preferences. There’s only two choices. Fastest and shortest which includes going off road. I want the fastest route for sure but I don’t want to go off the Interstate’s until I’m near my destination. Fewer headaches by keeping me near truck stops and rest areas along the highway. Plus I’m staying out of the stop and go of being in a city. Sure if there’s a traffic jam I’ll go through the city to save time.
Thanks for sharing your experience with the Dezl 800! I totally get the frustration with limited route options. Adding waypoints, like truck stops or rest areas along the interstate, might help keep you on highways longer. Also, if you have live traffic enabled, it should reroute around jams only when it can save you time. Hope this helps, and appreciate you watching!
