It's up! Getting around to uploading this took me three times as long as what I spent actually editing it. I thought it'd be very complicated to figure out at first, including three shows without feeling boxed by the "parallel" formula and actually getting a point across. I wanted it to feel real, you know, and not some exercises in parallels. But hey, I started and finished it in only two sittings. Just let my insticts flow without thinking too hard about structure. But I still hope some parallels can carry along the "narrative" or whatever you wanna call it.
Literally no effects. And very few quotes, because I think the footage speaks for itself.
To be honest, I'm just happy I managed to include GenKill in this, seeing as it's radically different both contextually and aesthetically from BoB and TP.
Although, I gotta say, if HBO decided to get a move on the third installment of WWII miniseries, that'd be swell.
Anyway, this is dedicated to those ten people who watch and comment on my HBO war stuff. You guys may be very few, but at least you're passionate. We happy few. Cough.

i suddenly want to read all the gritty fics i've read when i was extremely obsessed with these characters. it's the small fandoms that stay with you. thank you for still making war videos despite shows ending more than 10 years ago. oh god, all the floundering feelings

p.s. ALSO OH GOD there are 2 fics that i think anyone has to read no matter the pairing they like. it's sixteen days in september by tevere (it's bradnate but they are so subtle and insignificant to the contrast of the plot and the story that it's doesn't matter) and Static by nightanddaze
(i bawled my eyes out, jesus. i don't think i have ever cried as much \i probably did but still\. the emotional bond that brad and ray have here is so strong and powerful that bradnate buffled me extremely when it happened. but again it's one of those stories that you have to read solely because of how incredibly it is written. especially if you are a fan of ray person as a character)

speaking of bradray, i've just read Can I Make it Any More Obvious? which is so UGH GOOD. My faves are Feel like I'm Fixing To Die, it's angsty, try it maybe you'll like it!, and You Who Are My Home. Oh, also Three Songs Ray Sings Questionably Well (And One He Doesn't), it's external POV and it's so damn compelling.

How many times I've wanted and tried to make a video with all these three нво projects, but it seemed so unbelievable and far away from the reality. Now I know that nothing is impossible, I just needed to wait for you to make this.

Parallels are astonishing, the atmosphere is being kept through the whole video and I already told about your song choice, but Y E S, this is what exactly need for such video. -(and this is what I need for so long)-
