I am in Canada, but you have aframe USA. Easy, arrived four months after signing contract, we took the outside kit only, sourcing local material for the inside. Design, contract, payment, shipment. You need a JCB telescopic but we did it with bob cat and excavator...was scary for the windows part to unload loool.

What are the dimensions on this one?
It is 50ft by 25ft the house itself is 1500square foot (remember though, the roof is steep and I am tall, so I am more 1200square foot livable space.
