Lesley fills Rick in on the events going on surrounding the plans of Luke and Laura's wedding. Luke and Laura bow to the presure. The mayor's secretary isn't really interested in Slick or Emma's requests... but Lila "saves" the day.

I think the reason why Emma Dunts is involved with LnL wedding because she sees it as high society.
I suppose it all turned out well in the end (it is Laura's 'happy place' after all), but I felt badly for L&L when all of the wedding plans got so out of hand.

Has anyone ever had trouble with a white circle going round and round on the video while loading? I just found out you have to disable your pop-up blocker and it goes away!

It should have been a requirement for any new writers coming on to show to watch all of this history before attempting to write stories for these characters. Mind you, I have never seen anything current .... but I can pretty much imagine how badly they have twisted these characters to fit the current entertainment culture. One only need to watch a current season of Greys Anatomy and compare it to the first couple seasons to see how far the entertainment industry has fallen.
That's the problem. They changed these characters fit the entertainment culture, but in the end this is doing more harm than good. Keeping up with the trends ends well. Now it is ruined, but at least we have these videos to watch and enjoy where quality was the thing folks cared about.
okay, that explains why Emma wants to be there, but not why Lila is tolerating her.
