If you don't have any Dino mounts for Azteca, you could use the frostfang tiger or sabertooth which you probably have. If you really want a Dino mount, you can farm the stone key boss in Azteca who drops ALL the dino mounts.

You can buy the big triceratops or something like that mount from zeke it’s 40% speed as well but it ain’t permanent. It’s the best advice I could give you apart from farming for them.
Wizard101 is on steam now. Just saw it on my homepage and was super confused.
