I love how openly you talk about ADHD! I started suspecting I could be Autistic and have ADHD about 2 years ago and it got me down for a long time because it’s a lot to process. You guys talking about it in your videos has helped me feel so much better about my upcoming assessments so thank you🤍

Big up for normalising long term relationships, I'm 30 and been with my fiance for 13 years and it takes hard work! Adding kids into the mix I also forgot myself never mind my fiance! Social media painted relationships need to be perfect all the time when in reality shit gets real! It's the work you put in to make it work❤

So funny you both talking about the floor games you use to play as kids and with your kids. I’m the same age as you guys, but grew up in AUS and remember as a kid playing airplanes and typewriter with my dad and siblings. Such great memories, the little things in life ❤

ive been hysterically crying for the last hour with stress and anxiety when i tell you i put this on and within 10mins i was breathing normally and stopped crying lifesaver !! love dvg ❤

Sarah, you are beautiful! I would never notice. You guys are beautiful. I love that Kaci wants to be home and be with family. The times are a little different right now and prices! But, family is the most important thing. I’m so happy she has made it back safely as I’ve caught up on those. ( I had a little set back… but we all have things going on)! 🩷 I’m so proud of how the girls have handled their tests. Everyone is different and learn at different paces. You guys have done such a great job as well.
Family is such a big part and I don’t know what I would do without them. Even though there is only two of us she had to kind of take on the older sister role in situations. Sibling bond is so important.

I’m similar to Joel and I find it hard in school, I struggle to revise and finish course work , I always say I’ll do it on the weekend but when the weekend comes I just bed rot and I’m not sure what i should do and there’s only 50 days left till GCSEs

I love your podcasts, watching these podcast has brought things to light for me since i was young i always thought i had adhd but iv always been scared to get tested but i have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety so i have thought my struggles was with that . But watching this me and joel are so alike and my fiance gets frustrated with me for some of the same reasons like sarah does with joel. but as im getting older i am struggling alot with work difficulty paying attention getting frustrated and angry. what scares me the most is if you get diagnosed with ADHD do they put you on tablets because i have to have tablets for my depression so they may interfere with that . Joel your such a great role model and a strong man i know it souds really really cheesy but your the like a strong white light at the end off a dark tunnel thanks for these podcasts it helps so much and sarah i love you

I'm also doing my GCSES and I have ADHD. I've struggled with being organised. What I've done is choose one small topic of each subject to do over 1-2 days so all subjects get attention but it isn't too much for me

You should never have to justify what you say about Sophie. No one truly knows her disability and how it affects her day to day. You are enabling her to have the life she deserves and having a disability and additional needs will not stop her doing anything in life, especially with you both as her parents ❤ she will just have aspects her life adapted. As long as your girls are happy and healthy that is all you care about.
My Son is nearly 18 (we are the same age as you both.) and the thought of him moving out feels me with anxiety 😢 I hate it when he's home late from going out or work!

I just got a Range Rover and got insured fine, it was a bit more expensive but I found the actual cars are cheaper lately cos not as many people are buying them cos of the insurance rumors. X

How do you guys maintain your patience with the kids?
My dad has been building my house for about 12 years now … it was originally a famous pub but sadly got set on fire by the old owner, so my dad bought it and re built, I won’t lie it is a massive house, its had a LOT done don’t get me wrong looks completely different… but it’s still nowhere near done …. Our aim was to build our dream home, but this year we decided to sell the house how it was, and move to the south of France, my dad didn’t have time to finish the house he had other projects to focus on, but our new aim is to build our dream villa in the south of France, my point is…. It takes time, for you to build your dream home it definitely won’t take a couple of months, but it depends what size your dream house is ? Best of luck

Hey i’m in year 11 too and i probably dont do all of the same Gcses as her, but (obvs depends if you want) i can help. I do english lit, english lang, maths, science (weak spot so i’d be no help), history, citizenship and stats and last year I did RS, Cs and two languages so idk but i can help her organise her time and help her with subjects if you need. I’m getting grade 9’s in everything but Science where i’m getting sometimes sevens and sometimes eight. Last year i got Three 9’a and a seven for the subjects i did. I deffo can’t meet cuz one that’d probs be awkward for grace and plus i live very far but maybe like snap calls or somma?

She probably wouldn’t get extra time but she would get rest breaks, which is a break that you can have in the exam, so it’s more time but not more written time etc

call me Cynical but I've never wanted to get married only because i don't believe in marriages lasting forever for the majority of people, and i just wouldn't want to go through the hassle of a marriage ending... i don't think its what it use to be as well. i would love to hear who Sophie is closer to out of the girls we never hear anything about her relationships with the others, that would be very interesting to know... also how great was grace on ami's podcast! she was brilliant. add on! (ADD on! as someone who came from a poor family ive never been impressed by people who have a lot of money and I've never been interested in a guy whos had money if he just wasn't my type. Literal millionaire and i still wouldn't care lol i know some are not like that but i actually think it comes down to who you are as a person rather than upbringing..)
