Interestingly shocking price. Taken into consideration of the area and sqft usage of land per villa shouldn't cost you more than 80 lakhs. It's just a premium construction ie 2300 rs per sqft for 3335 sqft should cost you around 80 lakhs, plus the amenities. Will it come to 4.99 cr for 3335?
Even if you spend 20 lakhs on interior you will still pay 4 crore more😮.. better to buy a land and build...if u can compromise on amenities...if we can save 4 cr we can retire peacefully 😅
