I was into them back when it was Jonny fronting Slaves but when I heard Matt for the first time on To Better Days, I was blown away and then when I saw he repped Jersey, I was all in for it! Love their sound and Matt is awesome 🤘🏻
I will be honest, this was me when they were opening for our last night. I didn’t realize they were the first openers nor did I know what they looked like so the first song I completely zoned out.

@@joshtorresfdu6621 yes and no. If you search rain city up you’ll find it. If you look at the album cover and hard copies it still says “Slaves”. My whole point was Slaves wants t just Johnny. There’s 4 amazing musicians that make that band too. Just like Rain city isn’t just Matt.
These guys need to be more known than they are now... they are freaking awesome! Come to the south... we got ya! ;)

The crowd kinda sucked for the 1st 2 songs. But once they were into it, the place became electric.

I mean everyone minus Matt is original slaves and Matt made an album under the name “slaves” with them so it technically is slaves lol
