Nice crossing design and alarms!
The barriers go down pretty early as well
The crossing barriers usually do that almost every time it lowers
It used to not do that idk what makes it go down early couple of crossings round England did it
@@jackmctaggartfm8087they lower even earlier now in my video!
Very nice, barriers still go down early when i was here i done a hangman
Thank you.

Yea it usually does that almost every time it lowers
Yeah, they lower earlier than normal here.
That sounds like the old Cradley heath so much
It does actually the alarms are lovely
@SouthWestCrossingsUK ikr that's why I recorded this level crossing
Awesome video!
Thanks!
I gotcha, I’m here
Nice video! I absolutely love this level crossing because of its alarms. Im actually going to NI on February 9th so i could be able to film this.
Thank you. Enjoy filming this crossing if you can ;)
@@UKLevelCrossingsChannel I have just recorded this and have returned back to the UK!
Nice! Northern Ireland is extremely underrated. Those barriers close really soon tho
Thanks. There's actually some pretty cool crossings over in NI. It is worth a visit.
@@UKLevelCrossingsChannel as an Essex resident, I'd find that rather difficult lol
Love the sound kinda looks like Rainham kent
Nice video Jamie, a bit of extra info coming but just letting you know this can also be known as the “Prisoner’s Crossing” because it’s close to a prison
Thank you. I didn't realise there was a prison nearby here.
Seems strange to bother with a full barrier crossing on a single-track line. Very short time between activating and the train passing though, not much more than an AHB crossing.
I think it's maybe because of the road junction next to the crossing here as the reason for full barriers. The crossing is quite effectively operated here.
Not too strange since the LC is located at a major junction, and also considering this single track line doesnt operate like most in Great Britain
