Hi Jesse, I see you list 1 white sheet set and 2 gray sheet sets per bed on your checklist. Do you use the white for photos only and then leave the gray ones? Have you ever experimented with just leaving 1 super cheap white set and just replacing it after each guest stay. I’ve been having trouble with mid term guests staining all my sheets.
@@annakupferman1724 yes since we’ve created that list, we actually only do white sheets now. We do white because we can bleach them and also they just looked the cleanest.
I'm not really feeling all the Airbnb bashing in regard to fees, lol. Generally, the service and cleaning fees are passed on to the guest, so the host is paying minimal fees, right? Do you absorb the service and cleaning fees on your Airbnbs? Just curious ....
I'm curious if I have land and a primary house, if I could build 1 or 2 bedroom ADU's on the property to rent out to travel medical professionals? I could scale on the property as money allows and be able to insulate them for noise (for night shift workers) as I built. Does that seem feasible?
100%. I think as long as you have a pretty decent barrier dual paint windows that kind of stuff you’ll be fine. I think they’re relativity have how close properties are could be important too. As long as they have their own space maybe little small porch area. I think that’s probably one of the smartest things to do if you have the ability in the cash to create those.
@@JesseVasquezAirVenture I was thinking about maybe a half-acre per ADU with trees/hedging in between. Enough space you shouldn't hear your neighbor. Also incorporate commercial white noise masking in the bedrooms with a volume control on the wall. Just a thought instead of box fans. I literally didn't know about mid-term rentals until 3 days ago. Very interesting market.
I haven’t seen a significant drop in rates, I have seen other folks seems like the market is growing! Which only means you need to be more proactive, especially about going after corporate relocation companies etc
@@JesseVasquezAirVenture The bigger the action the bigger the results. One might say 10x action is equal to 10x results! I'll 10x my traveling and you 10x your rentals.
On Airbnb, how do you handle pets/service animals? Airbnb says we can't reject booking requests from a guest with service animal, I have other guests in the house that are alergic to furs. How do you handle that?
I always allow pets in my property. They can be a pain, but honestly, it’s a massive opportunity, especially with people who like to bring their animals with them only about 30% of listings allow pets. You’re not typically supposed to react but honestly it’s your property do what you feel is best.

G'day Jesse, was wondering if you have been seeing less TN in the MTR space in the last 6 months due to the drop in rates? Hope you're doing well.

I hear a lot of good things about San Anton
I’m just confused on choosing the clients is it nurse..corporate housing insurance…
You need all of them! It’s impossible to only rely on one certain type of client.
Who's your Daddy 😂
