Harley was great, too bad the movie was a complete mess. It could have been so much better, if it was less concerned with an agenda and more focused in telling a good story.
If your talking about this "All men are evil" agenda, I honestly don't really see it. There's Helena's bodyguard, Father and Brothers who saved and trained her to who she is today, Sal the sandwich guy and even Doc wasn't a horrible person. Doc let Harley stay at his apartment until Harley blew up Ace Chemicals making her and essentially him a target. Doc had to do what was best for him and his possible family, it's not easy living in the East End of Gotham. As of Roman and Zsasz of course there evil, there the bad guys! and The GCPD is infamous for being corrupt!
Also, women weren't angels either: The bitchy roller derby girls, the female bounty hunter blown up in the car, and Harley trading Cass for protection obviously wasn't a good move.
