Very good information. I was planning to use an eye bolt to secure my bicycle in the parking lot. One question I have is once the eye bolt is installed..can anyone remove it easily?
No. Eye bolt is secure

There is very less chance you can remove. Just cut the head off. And patch it with filler. No one knows there was an anchor installed prior

My idea is to use two of those hooks, connect them through stainless steel chain with the bicycle in between. Join chains using basic padlock

Sir plastic which is used to prevent the expander cone from coming out, can I know the specific material used?
Cheap thin and soft plastic/pvc.

Sir, all the brands I used were all chinese make and they had the same plastic thing inside.
Some of them were misplaced. It is not mandatory though. Expander cone can be manually inserted before hammering
