      +Joop Gord dnt talk absolute shit u must one of those jealous bastards I've been hearing about. Anyway who has vlad beat over the years as soon as he had a fight with someone the same height as him he lost. Vlad dominated a era where the heavy weight scene was a disgrace he the most boring fighter I've ever seen. Joshua knocks him out early.

    30 mins of clips clearing showing just a tiny fraction of the shit ton of hard work this man does everyday, yet there's still people ignorant enough to cry "roids" or "juiced"....staggering.

    • @J1M1F
      @J1M1F 7 ปีที่แล้ว +49

      Just because he works his ass off, doesn't mean he isn't juicing. In fact, capacity to recover from excessive work load can be an indication of steroid use. Steroid users still have to work exceptionally hard for results!If anything, this would point towards the use of performance enhancing drugs, not towards proving its non-use.

    Very good video on training for fighting. Kids these days think you need to lift enormous weights and get juiced out of your mind to be strong; nothing could be farther from the truth. With the kind of training AJ does (and the dieting to keep his weight where he wants it) you don't build enormous, bloated muscles, but what you do get is incredibly strong muscles with an enormous amount of muscular endurance. This is the ultimate athletic physique, as carrying too much weight and muscle mass you lose the hand speed and the athleticism. Being big like that is alright until you meet someone who can box and you can't bully with size, then the other guy will drop you. AJ is very, very promising indeed. If he can win this next fight then he could go on to become one of the all time greats. Also notice how he hardly does any weight lifting at all, most of the work is advanced calisthenics and fitness.

    He's not on steds... thats just something the Americans are saying because he's fucked everyone of them up, and they actually are on steds ironically lol, this is a result of training day in day out, eating 8 to 10 thousand calories per day. he has sports scientists analysing every single aspect of his life, how many carbs and proteins he needs for each and every meal, he has world class equipment and instructors to work with in Sheffield, no doubt he'l be on every LEGAL drug there is to improve his game, I bet his pre-workout and protein shakes are insane as well. but i tell you something theres absolutely no way AJ would risk everything he's built by taking steroids, he has too much respect for boxing to do that.

    • @Kaergaard
      @Kaergaard 7 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      K S you are the first man in history to not know about Lance Armstrongs doping test. Impressive.
      Boxing is on its knees and is more corrupt than most sports. Do the math - boxing needs a good looking hero.
      But let him dope - his opponent is doing the same thing..

    • @KS.1313
      @KS.1313 7 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Kaergaard AJ isnt tested by usada, hes tested by ukad blame usada for lance armstrong, i understand they changed their practices now anyway.
      as for boxing being on its knees, may be in america but not in Britain, i think you might be a special kind of hater and a special kind of stupid

    • @Kaergaard
      @Kaergaard 7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      K S he was testet by every doping agancy - usada is just one of them and they even wanted him to fail every one of the test they took from him, yet him all juiced up they didnt, because they can time it better, when they have the funds. If you think any top athlete isnt on something im not the one to destroy your dream. I still enjoy every bit of it, because this is the top level and imo they need to do everything to win - that's what's it all about.
      Roids doesnt make a champion, hard work does, im not taking anything away from this guy. Because they are all on something on that level, so its an even playing field:)

    • @KS.1313

    He had very big respect for Dr.stealhammer. In his other competitions he looks more safe and in the Battle against klitschko you definitelly can see the fear from WK's right hand
    Althrough it was a very exiting to watch.

    This guy is obsessed with his body and his strength and his power, his training is like 80% weight training, power training, and conditioning, he barely trains any Boxing technique at all when that's actually what he needs the most, that is very telling, when he faces someone who can box, someone he can't bully with his size and strength hes done.
    It'a funny how people are so easily impressed by big muscles, this guys boxing technique is mediocre, he wins on size and strength alone, but that will come to an end some time.

      Alex Finale because this video shows only strength and power training doesnt mean AJ doesnt focus on boxing training..cmon he knocked out all his opponents so far..

      half of this video shows reflex and reaction work, lots of distance and ringwork to improve his footwork and ring craft and develop his use of distance etc. Lots of good things to like in this video and don't think for a second that he doesn't do a ton of pad, bag and sparring work. This is actually a really good video and shows athletically he is miles above most heavyweights out there.

      looooooooooool the guy just said Joshua has no boxing skills, what a fucking joke looool????!!!!! Joshua is a very technical heavyweight, go Watch his fights, Wilder is not technical at all, Joshua is very technical... secondly, you undersestimate physical workout for boxing... Joshua already knows how to box, he need physically to be at his peak...

      Hueklin Hylton If you're talking to me, sorry to break it to you, but I do know what I'm talking about, you see, I do box, and have boxed for over 10years, and also have a deep understanding of the sweet science from a coach perspective, so when I watch a fighter I really see what's there, not just the impressive physique, and flashy stuff, how about you?

      i think AJ will win. Klichko is older, and have too much injures in his career. but he still can teach young boxers how to use hands.
