Good news - despite what GGG stated pre-launch, you only have to kill all the Rare Monsters in "Kill All Guards" rooms - you can just run past them in other room types.
So thankfully the addition of Rare monsters isn't *quite* as brutal as I'd feared!

Hey man great video which build would you recommend for sanctum farming in 3.22? I've been thinking of doing lightning arrow deadeye starter but the single target dps makes me think it's not going to be good enough for sanctum.

Poison SRS and EA totems are both quite good at it

The other commenter is dead-on - Poison SRS and EA totems are both GREAT choices!
Personally, I'm planning on playing EA totems myself!

Where do you find relics?? I haven't found a single one yet. I figured I would find them once in a while, but still haven't managed to find anything? So either I am very unlucky, the droprate is abysmal or I don't know where to look?

I haven't done a *ton* of Sanctum yet this league, but from the little I played it seemed about on-par droprate wise with Sanctum league.
As for where you get them, they drop off of Guards and Bosses in the Sanctum. Bosses drop Relics quite often - they're pretty rare off of Guards!
Note that you can actually buy Relics off of other players now - just getting one or two good ones to get you rolling may be wise if you're planning on farming a lot of Sanctums!

it sucks so bad, firaball has aoe of a fuckin truck
