    I'm 100000% with you; I hate walking right into the living room! Give me an entryway with a coat closet! Also, nice work, boys - keep crankin out these vids!

    I think a 1900 sq ft home is very comfortable. I agree that the master bathroom could have a better design for the shower and placement of the toilet but all in all, the home is beautiful. The appliances and entryway from the front door were nice bonuses. I'm considering moving to San Antonio more and more! 😊

    I’m not sure that you can call the space beside the refrigerator as a coffee bar, since there’s no electrical outlet unless you want to reach behind the refrigerator or permanently use an extension cord.

    Are you guys using a new camera ? The video seemed very crisp or maybe it's my computer. Anyway great video as usual.I was wondering if any of the homes had a backyard? And do you only visit new/old developed communities? I was on your website and I like how many are in what I would consider to be regular neighborhoods and not planned communities.

      Hi there
      Yes they all have backyards. And Almost all of these are in “planned communities”. But honestly just about every regular neighborhood was once a planned community, hopefully that answers your question . Take care

    Hi guys! Is this in an HOA? If so what is the monthly/quarterly fees range? And can you buy and then rector are there restrictions? Thanks

    • @AlamoCityLiving
      @AlamoCityLiving  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi there
      Yes , this neighborhood is in an HOA, just about all of the ones we do on this channel are (although every once in a while we come across a hidden gem). Typically when it comes to restrictions the HOA will have that information , and whatever you want to do so with your property just has to be submitted to them.
      If you want to talk more about this one specifically , we’d love to chat! Feel free to reach out on our website or shoot us an email! Take care !

    I’m sorry but all these companies, like Lennar are trash neighborhood homes. I’ve been seeing videos of the construction companies showing the materials they use in the houses and it shows their worth $100,000 and they’re selling them for $200,000 and more… my aunt literally bought one three years ago and the summers she can’t keep the house under 85 degrees 🤣😂. Cheap insulation with untreated two by fours, particleboard and plastic weather protector plastic with siding covering it.

    I don’t know what planet you’re living on, but these houses are not what I would call affordable! Payments on these homes are more than most people make in a month. You people need to quit lying to yourself and the rest of us!

    • @AlamoCityLiving
      @AlamoCityLiving  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi Ed,
      With a median sold price in bexar county AND San Antonio being at $300k, yeah I’d say that homes in the low $200k range are much more affordable that most of what is on the market.
      Secondly , payments vary drastically, depending on the buyer (i.e. what the down payments are, what type of loan it is, what incentives they have going on, did they do a buy down, etc).
      No one is lying to you or anybody else. If you do have questions about specifics you can always either reach out to us or the community that you are interested in and ask, rather than hop on our channel and publicly insinuate that we are lying.
