这些高楼房屋一定要住人,沒人住就大问题,水喉破{水压力強},地/墙砖破,安装及修理冷气要加钱,Glass wall 久了很dirty,sealer 久了入雨水,最不喜欢,搬东西要用service lift {要订金},以后修理洗衣机就知道, 安裝东西要进form, 等approval {好像政府官员}。收费要online or bank in{no cash}, 退订金要7-14天,如果outstanding amount 就要付清才可以用。你交费,Management 人员enjoy Aircond, 你家要electric saving, 他的air-conditioning 冷度永远低于你家. 要给TIps or kopi, 不然做事nanti nanti。楼上污水塞,开您家天花板。什么冷气,电,水都要开天花板。如果上楼waterproof做不好,到就知道。高楼久会斜点点,污水塞,水管破,地砖裂缝etc. 还有一定要知道雨水管有穿过您家吗?厕所隔音如不好,上楼上厕所,你也听到。
