这些高楼房屋一定要住人，沒人住就大问题，水喉破{水压力強}，地/墙砖破，安装及修理冷气要加钱，Glass wall 久了很dirty，sealer 久了入雨水，最不喜欢，搬东西要用service lift {要订金}，以后修理洗衣机就知道， 安裝东西要进form, 等approval {好像政府官员}。收费要online or bank in{no cash}, 退订金要7-14天，如果outstanding amount 就要付清才可以用。你交费，Management 人员enjoy Aircond, 你家要electric saving, 他的air-conditioning 冷度永远低于你家. 要给TIps or kopi, 不然做事nanti nanti。楼上污水塞，开您家天花板。什么冷气，电，水都要开天花板。如果上楼waterproof做不好，到就知道。高楼久会斜点点，污水塞，水管破，地砖裂缝etc. 还有一定要知道雨水管有穿过您家吗？厕所隔音如不好，上楼上厕所，你也听到。
