Grate build, that heated floor looked odd with the latches, but it must have worked. also love you dog, he/she has made sure that the home is for him/her as well as you. having an animal in your house makes it much more of a home.

About your bow window opening out (sorry I really have to say this) beware of the joints and seals, ment to be inside, on the dry side ; beware that humidity could come in. Proper outside opening doors or windows have a special sealing. Love from France
