SECRET MASALA
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Gram Flour - 3 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli Powder - 1.5 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1tsp
Aamchoor powder - 1tsp
Water - 3/4 cup
Salt as per taste
GRAVY
Butter - 2 tbsp
Chopped Onion - 2
Chopped Ginger - 1 tsp
Chopped Green Chilli - 2
Chopped Tomato - 2
Chop the tomatoes into thin slices
Paneer - 200 grams
Add 2 tbsp besan mix
Water - 1/2 cup
Preparation time : --1O minutes
Cooking time : -- 10 minutes
