Hey chef, if you’re making paneer, when you add the yogurt to the milk should the milk continue to be heated? I love all your videos and watch them all!
I had the same doubt. First I tried with adding yogurt while heating but that failed. Then tried again by adding yogurt after turning off the flame and it worked. Within 3-4 water got separated.

Afaik, Ricotta means 'Twice Cooked' and refers to the cheese which has been extracted from the leftover whey after the cheese has been extracted. Paneer is NOT Cottage Cheese, it is Farmer's Cheese.
