Thanks for your time Steve. Love your content and your northern attitude. On the topic discussed in this video there is saying I would like to share. "Better alone than to have bad company" And now in Spanish for la raza. "Mejor solo que mal acompañado".
Hahaha!!! Keep these stories coming man!! They’re the best. I would love to share crazy stories. I’m sure all your subscribers have a lot of crazy stories too
You did the right thing because those kind of things can get out of hand. Who knows she could have called the cops on you and lied about you hitting her. It's a funny thing but the cops usually take the woman's side unless she admits that she was doing the hitting. You saved yourself a lot of headaches by leaving her.
You did the right thing. She probably had some unresolved issues from her previous marriage, childhood or whatever. That's not normal especially when she doesn't own up to it. Good Exodus.
Definitely a red flag 🚩. After Giving her the ol “how you doing” You did good by giving her the ol “ See ya”✌️ 👋🏼 You did good Steve. Molly must be proud 🐶
Steve i'm finding it's easier staying single .....Online dating is hell. It's amazing being in my 50's of how many women don't have their lives together . No job , house or car , most i came across still lived with their parents while using the excuse they take care of them while you can clearly see that's not the case
So sorry about your ordeal. No one should ever hit another person, EVER. LEAST of all it's degrading. I'll be praying for a better person for you. You're pretty rough around the edges but you have a good heart 😇
Hi Steven , you are very nice man and no one should take advantage of you. She wasn’t in love with you she was more interested in your money .That was great story Steven , I am glad you let it go. This is lesson learned
Being a guy who’s has 2 ex-wives and many years experience with dating (women 😁 have to clarify that now a days) I have remained single and I find life is much easier. Now I only have a couple male cats, no more humans! I can relate to your experiences Steve., trust me I really can. Thanks for sharing. I have been enjoying all the videos of your various girlfriends over time.
You got out relatively cheap, but more importantly safe and sane. Be well my brother. Sometimes it sucks being our age and alone, but like someone else said in spanish, better alone than with a bad (or psycho) partner.
Had a coworker hold up a carton of milk once and say "This is organic, do you know what that means???" and I said "Yeah, it means it's got cow shit in it"
All the girls I dated I bought stuff for, then I met my wife and she was lucky to get flowers. 20 years later all is still well. Sounds like a psycho to me. Not everyone is mentally stable.
Sometimes they can't maintain the nice facade any longer. We all know people who never apologize or even recognize they were wrong. Usually they have a clinical narcissistic syndrome where they are convinced they are always right. Its called dodging a bullet.
It happened to my cousin. He was the nicest guy you could ever meet but he married a violent woman who would slap the hell out of him. He took the abuse for about a year and then he snapped one day. She called her brother in the sheriff’s department and my cousin was arrested.
That's ashame that things didn't work out. Fortunately you did the right thing. People take different roads to get to the same place. Her road sounds like it had some bad pot holes. She couldn't even say "I'm sorry". That's f***ed up. Don't give up.
Sounds like you did the right thing getting out of that relationship, she had to have had some underlying issues . Lots of red flags there, don't let it bother you, you're better off
I love your stories & your nicknames for certain people. It’s a shame when people that you date end up taking advantage of you or being complete psychos to the point that it causes the relationship to end.
Sounds like borderline personality disorder maybe. Like the other lady that flipped out on you over moving the basketball hoop. I was actually waiting for the story to go “turns out the food was spoiling because she never plugged in the fridge!”
Most likely, she was hitting her ex too. It sounds like you dodged a bullet. Usually, the abuser will apologize the first couple times but after that you’ll get nothing but more abuse.
I used to drive a cab back in the day and domestic violence only gets worse I would put people in jail being in the middle of domestic violence and run into them 6 months later and they were still together or back together after the guy got out of jail or they would call the shelter the shelter would send me to pick her up and then then be like Oh he won't let me leave I said listen just get in the cab nope I can't do it for some reason people think if they're in a relationship the other person is their property that's not how works Obviously
It sounds like she dozed off while you were watching TV. When my girlfriend wakes up from a nap she can act a little weird, although she never hit me. Once she said something that really upset me, when I asked her a question not realizing that she had dozed off. Eventually, I learned not to engage her until she was fully awake.
She had a good thing going and then ...... Funny how humans have the ability to be our own worse enemy, breaking things that were working right for us.
Good Riddance. That's the kind of woman that years down the road ends up punching herself in the face and calls the cops saying her black eyes are from you and ya get locked up. Like Mark Wahlberg in the movie 'Fear' when he starts hitting himself.
count your blessings, looking back everything happens for a reason, it takes balls to stand up for yourself, too many men don't, then they're secretly miserable and having affairs
I dated ones that wouldn’t spend a penny not even offer to pick up the tip, and just one that is still a good friend 15 years later if I bought a $10.00 breakfast at McDonalds she would be ready to fight me for the check that night at the steak house
I learned long ago not to spend much on women early in a relationship or when dating. It distorts them into thinking thats how life would be with you. Sadly, I see way too many guys spend large and buy presents etc. out of the blue just because...wrong signals to send long term. There are women out there who go on dates just to get the man to help them out with their person issues at home, maintenance, car repairs etc. Hate to say it but much of that is their problem to handle especially if you are just recently meeting each other as they will focus on their list of things to get fixed through you. Been there a few times...never worth it overall since they get attached to your wallet instead of you. Lots of guys I know still do this regardless and they have crap relationships as a result because every arguement is about money and going places vs. concern themselves with the real world responsibilities. Just another user looking for a dude to get a bunch of mileage from. Regarding the repetitive slugs, I know women who do that and its a reactionary thing. They simply never matured.
So long time viewer first time commenting love the channel wish you did work up on the North Shore Steve..got a question any input would be greatly appreciated. I had a new Weil Mclain gas boiler installed 2 years ago. Within the first year the elbow going up to the pressure relief valve starting rusting and dripping and the installer came back and changed it ($100) once again less than a year later same thing the second relief valve is all crusty and wet. I believe the original valve came preinstalled so I'm wondering if it's normal protocol to go with it or would a plumber normally pull the pipe out and dope it and tighten it? I'm worried the threads inside the boiler where black pipe screws into the might be as crusty as the rest of it in which case the boiler isn't going to last very long? If that is the case should it be on the installer or should the original relief valve been tightened to spec from the factory?
@@mikefournier7286 thanks for the input Mike my main question is are the threads inside the boiler likely rotting just like the rest of the relief valve? When he came back to change it after the first one rotted out he changed the black pipe going into the boiler that holds the relief valve with dope and I watched him tighten it down. I'm wondering if I should be dropping him another $100 to change it again this year or be having another conversation if this boiler is going to fail prematurely due to that original failed connection
Michael Geary 30 years I’ve been doing it I think you’re pressure is wrong on your boiler Your problem is guaranteed more than one year I really know how you make out
@@mikefournier7286 I did find a small leak in the heating loop that will be taking care of soon but the boiler has an auto fill valve to make up for it but never exceeds 20 psi. If you don't think the threy on the inside of the boiler are decaying like the outside that would be a big relief
Give her the old "How ya doin" !!! You rock Steve
Thanks for your time Steve. Love your content and your northern attitude.
On the topic discussed in this video there is saying I would like to share. "Better alone than to have bad company"

"Mejor solo que mal acompañado".
Nice 👍 story bud lol 😂✌️
Hahaha!!! Keep these stories coming man!! They’re the best. I would love to share crazy stories. I’m sure all your subscribers have a lot of crazy stories too
You dodged a big ole bullet there. If she thinks that's ok, the crazy runs a lot deeper then she was letting on. Good call.
You got out while you were ahead, Steve. At lease you didn't buy her a house.
You did the right thing because those kind of things can get out of hand. Who knows she could have called the cops on you and lied about you hitting her. It's a funny thing but the cops usually take the woman's side unless she admits that she was doing the hitting. You saved yourself a lot of headaches by leaving her.
These women always send their representatives out to meet you first. It takes 6 months before you meet the real person.
had you called the cops she would have told them "he hit me"
Thanks for the storytelling,coffee chat!!
You did the right thing. She probably had some unresolved issues from her previous marriage, childhood or whatever. That's not normal especially when she doesn't own up to it. Good Exodus.
Thanks for sharing that story. One can learn a lot from other people's experiences.
Enjoy your stories, keep them coming, thanks
It’s always our fault Steve. You should know that by now. Lol
Hey Steve don't blame you for a good judgement. I had one that just punched me all of a sudden in the stomach.
Definitely a red flag 🚩. After Giving her the ol “how you doing” You did good by giving her the ol “ See ya”✌️ 👋🏼 You did good Steve. Molly must be proud 🐶
Sounds like she wasn't good enough for this neighborhood
She didn't respect your feelings Steve! Glad you found out sooner than later.
Your way better off without her Steve. Any abuse is a no go.
Steve i'm finding it's easier staying single .....Online dating is hell. It's amazing being in my 50's of how many women don't have their lives together . Steve, I am proud of you. Just like you said you have a daughter as well as I do. Even if she hit you, you did good by just walking away.
So sorry about your ordeal. No one should ever hit another person, EVER. LEAST of all it's degrading. I'll be praying for a better person for you. You're pretty rough around the edges but you have a good heart 😇

You don't need that drama Steve. Sorry it happened. Life goes on.
Hi Steve lucky escape definitely 👍😉.
You got out relatively cheap, but more importantly safe and sane.
Be well my brother. Sometimes it sucks being our age and alone, but like someone else said in spanish, better alone than with a bad (or psycho) partner.
You're a good man, Steve! Sorry that this happened to you! 😔
Steve- need more stories. You make life more interesting.
You did good Steve. You never know she may have started hitting Miss Molly next. You where right kicking her to the curb.
@Top Dead Center Thank God
Sounds like she's got a screw loose mama!!
Red flag. Bonus points for inability to apologize.
sounds like mama smurf was one of those crazy ones
Bay Area rapper named E-40 has a song called “Captain Save A Ho” look it up!
No names your a true gentleman. Maybe she was hangry and needed chocolate lol
Next Level give her the old gundy! You did the right thing - see ya don't wana to be ya.
Had a coworker hold up a carton of milk once and say "This is organic, do you know what that means???" and I said "Yeah, it means it's got cow shit in it"
You spent some cheddar on her , but you dodged a bullet in my opinion Mama!!!
Steve,, Sounds like you needed to where a football helmet in order to date the mama smurf chic !!!
" Her mask came off " 😀👍
Gave her the "O'L HI YA DOIN MAMA" now time to get the hell out of here.
Molly is always glad to see you 🐕
She is not high maintenance.
The hag sounded like a user, abuser. You should've unplugged the refrigerator before you walked out.
All the girls I dated I bought stuff for, then I met my wife and she was lucky to get flowers. 20 years later all is still well. Sounds like a psycho to me. Not everyone is mentally stable.
Sounds like you really liked her!
She flippin smacked you on the head multiple times?!? Mrs. Smurf really screwed the pooch on that one lol 😆
Maybe she was doing a Benny Hill bit. When she slapped you n the head, you should have said "Stop dancing up there!"
Should've gave her those toy shovels and said "keep digging for our wallets"
Yo , did she ever buy you anything?
Sometimes they can't maintain the nice facade any longer. We all know people who never apologize or even recognize they were wrong. Usually they have a clinical narcissistic syndrome where they are convinced they are always right. Its called dodging a bullet.
awesome steve you;re the man
Lol classic case of a Bipolar, you're a good guy Steve, don't take shit from anybody.
Did you ever find out if the chicken was going bad?
Did you give mama smurf the ole Gundy ?
She was setting you up to get locked up
Run
It happened to my cousin. He was the nicest guy you could ever meet but he married a violent woman who would slap the hell out of him. He took the abuse for about a year and then he snapped one day. She called her brother in the sheriff’s department and my cousin was arrested.
Great story, glad you left before she really got rough and hit you with something. She was a gold digger. Thanks for sharing.
Good move Steve... 🍺
Steve when you left at 2 in the morning. You should of took the frig with the food inside lol
Mama Smurf needed a new plastic tube.
Just a gold digger Steven, she obtained everything she needed from you and then she used a excuse to get rid off you man!
Exactly what I was thinking. You are too good for her, Steve.
Good thing you walked away, I think you missed the Kaiser blade.
Mmmm-hmm
Should’ve gave her the ole how ya doin momma smurf
I fricken love these stories 😂
Steve, I broke up with a girlfriend because she chewed my ass for forgetting to get ketchup packets when I went to pick up fast food one night.
Ha ha Mr Steve ,,,, another one that you have to go by the rules !!!!!! You should of asked her if she had a garden hose (. Lol. )
I'm retired and need some laughs, thanks Steve. How are the chickens and the the little dog doing! Hope good ! Where is your face mask ?
He keeps his mask in his truck
@VicPapefu lololol great
You guys both like fixing AC unites ?
Once the free stuff starts flowing into the house they line up the next date and start slapping ya until you leave ....rinse and repeat.!
Did u plub her pipes?

I’m glad you asked your sister; so you’re not alone in talking to a sensible female. How could this smurf woman think she was in the right ? SMH
Ain't no Taj Mahal
The first red flag was when you were buying organic chicken 🐔.
For me, the inorganic chicken is unedible. 🤣
Sounds like borderline personality disorder maybe. Like the other lady that flipped out on you over moving the basketball hoop. I was actually waiting for the story to go “turns out the food was spoiling because she never plugged in the fridge!”

Sounds like one of the persons you should have encouraged to spray water into a a running air conditioner.
She had a good thing going and then ...... Funny how humans have the ability to be our own worse enemy, breaking things that were working right for us.
She got no money wants Whole Foods,Figures.
That's true that is weird. Not your fault Steve, probably had to do with something totally different.
Steve you can't bug luv lol
Hey Bro.......Momma Smurf didn't have long gross toenails did she?
Words and women enough said
Good for you to be thinking with the right head

Sounds like my ex-girlfriend without the abuse!! Seem like she wanted you to pay for everything.
