Great vid, and a great jacket. I've had mine for about two years now and I'd not be without it. It carries all my kit, and has kept me warm in minus 10 Celsius with just a merino wool long sleeve t shirt underneath. It's expensive kit, but genuinely worth every penny.
Iv got this when it first came out about 5 yrs ago still waterproof even thiugh its never been reproofed. Mine has velcro up the front flap not poppers. Absolutely cracking jkt and half the time im too warm with the fleece zipped in !

Quick question: Comparing the 3 in1 Parka and the Aggressor Parka, are there any substantial differences? except from the colour maybe (the Aggressor comes in Khaki and Tundra and the 3 in 1 comes in blue, black, Red) ? And also comparing these two with the Bristol Parka, which one would you use for 0-10 C winters? (Not too cold here in Greece, but the humidity level is too damn high!!) Thanks a lot!!
I just got this jacket for 40 bucks at a pawn shop has a couple patches on it I don't really care for, but my girl is an appliqué master so I'm gonna put new patches over the ones on it. But 40 bucks for a ccw jacket bet.
hi! First, let me congratulate you for your fantastic reviews on 5.11 wear!! i have a question for you! i am very interested in the tactical Bristol Parka. I love the look of it. Now, having seen your review of the 3 in 1 parka, i am under the impression that the 3 in 1 keeps warmer than the bristol one. is this the case? Living in Québec, Canada where the temperatures in winter coud easily reach over - 30 C plus wind, i want to make sure that i buy the right parka! thanks for your precious advice!! Daniel

The tiny pockets in the Handwarmer pockets are most likely for a Hot Hands or similar brand 8 hour hand warmers
The tiny little pockets in the hand pockets are for hand warmers I believe. I'm excited for mine to arrive tomorrow! Excellent review!

I think the button hole is for the cable of your RT Unit. You put it through the button hole and later through the upper hole on your shoulders...
my guess would be the little pouches in the front pockets are for chemical hand warmers

Oh and small pocket in main front pockets are for pistol mags
And buttonhole on top of chest left side is pen holder

First issue of this also has no shockcord adjuster on the hem of the fleece

Is the Hood storage the same as the 5 in 1 Jacket? can you store in collar?
i expected you to try it on.
Fleece on first version doesnt have shockcord on hem of fleece.
I would like to ask. Is there any difference between the 3-in-1 parka and Aggressor parka as far as insulation is concerned?
