    A comment from a passive aggressive, happy driver in the all unpredictable logistics business.
    Waaaaaaaahaaaaahaaahaaaaahaaa.
    No. Seriously.
    First, I want you all to know that,
    I admire all the hard work that all of you guys do to secure accounts for all of SCHNEIDER's drivers. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am disheartened and disappointed in the lowest chain link of the logistics command, if I could call it like that. Here is one reason of why I say that. After seeing how SCHNEIDER loses accounts due to fail to deliver, and not for safety reasons or due to bad customer service, e.g. "drivers not delivering" (no pun intended here), but at the dispatchers level, it comes to me as a slap on my face over and over again. The resolution for this, from my point of view, is very simple. HONESTY IN THE WORK PLACE. You guys go a great lenghts to secure an account, just to see it crumble under the fingertips of the lowest chain of command. CUSTOMER SERVICE.
    If the information data on your system were HONEST, it could show the true facts of what it is going on with all those accounts that you guys work so hard to attain. The perfect example can be found in the communication system and its data shared by drivers and any involved party in adding/updating data to that communication system. If its is not entered/updated HONESTLY, it will not get you the possitive expected tesults. Is there were the crumbling of your hard work begins. Let's keep SCHNEIDER stock up and not declining. Every single person's FUTURE ( no pun intended here either ), within the SCHNEIDER company is facing that "50/50 chances" to stay employed, or not. The resilience of the back bone in this industry is burned out. Even driverless equipment will fail its job if the information/data that you guys worked so hard for is misused or neglected in the terms of data dishonesty. Having information/data is good, but it will be best, if the information/data shared within this system is HONEST. Whether it is PLANNING or DISPATCHING input/output, IT HAVE TO BE CORRECT AND ACCURATE and all your hard work will reap its rewards. Drivers will definitely DELIVER. Every person under the SCHNEIDER's umbrella should act honestly and own their shortcomings. Nobody is perfect but honesty will solve problems faster.
