- It's a tie this week for the dirtiest dining between two repeat offenders with both of them barely avoiding a shutdown. 13 Chief Investigator Darcy Spears has that, plus a cockroach infestation closure in the latest Dirty Dining report.
idk if the guy is lying but my grandma actually makes hella jars of chilli paste too haha. She makes it in big batches and puts it in small containers. Our whole family loves it so she makes like 100 or so and during family gatherings we each take some to go. They last hella long in fridge and makes any rice dish taste amazing.

This is the only restaurant representative I've seen on Dirty Dining who was able to give a professional, respectable interview though. Still full of ish (a given) but I repect her professionalism.

Excuses, excuses! "Sorry" doesn't do me any good if you make me sick! She wasn't even aware of the violations so how is she going to fix it? Lack of hand washing but you claim you're all hard workers? Sounds like a bunch of baloney to me! You don't want us to not patronize your business? Well it's a little too late for that! You've certainly lost my trust in you to safeguard my health! You may be able to explain away somethings but how do you explain away no hand washing? Do you expect us to suddenly believe that you and your staff have suddenly all become avid hand washers?

i just discovered these DIRTY DINING segments first from South Florida then Las Vegas and can not stop watching them. A Restaurant Inspector is what i wanted to be about 10 years ago, yet have still not applied and trained to be that. The pay is great, and you get to help Owners turn their Restaurants/Buffets /Cafés around. Although i dislike looking at insects lounging around on the floor and climbing up the walls!
We do not have a regular segment like this on the news in Canada as far as i am aware. At least in the area of Edmonton City, Alberta Province we do not. Oh my goodness, the amount of shoddy Restaurants and Bars /Lounges Edmonton has is crazy! Over 10 years ago East Side Marios in Spruce Grove City gave me food poisoning from their seafood. Not enough to land me in the E.R. but it was painful. Ever since, i do not trust mussels, clams, and similar seafood prepared in Restaurants. i would like to report on these issues where i live, even of i do independent "undercover" research.
As a Soap Artisan that is 100% Natural and Eco-Friendly, i have already gone undercover in Bath and Body Works at West Edmonton Mall (disgusting, toxic ingredients on product labels and incompetent Employees were my findings) and LUSH HANDMADE COSMETICS at West Edmonton Mall (not as bad as B&B Works, yet shady with most of their so-called "Natural" products with "Safe" Synthetics). Going undercover is easier than you assume, if you do not harass Employees or Customers. i call it "Market Research" (Thank you Business College 2019/20 for teaching me that!!! :) facebook: EVOLUTION SOAP COMPANY

i went to Las Vegas for a Balloon Twisting Convention in 2015 for 5 days and never ate at any Restaurant mentioned in the 6~8 videos i already watched about Las Vegas eating establishments. And there was a Seafood Restaurant mentioned in the Planet Hollywood Resort & Mall where i stayed. Thank GOD i never chose to eat seafood on my Vegas vacation! Okay, sway well and safe everyone who reads this.

After watching several of these videos, I believe the best things you can do is eat at a restaurant right after an inspection, read the reviews , pretend your looking for the waitress or bathroom and have a peek in the kitchen.

The person who is giving the interview is just like it’s not a big deal and look at the way she is dressed up like she woke up from the bed and then she started taking order that is not presentable enough by looking at her if she is not clean how the restaurant is going to be clean I do not know if she’s a manager of she is a owner but whoever she is they need to teach the employees how to fix their hair and how to be presentable in front of the customer
