    Isn’t asking about fault subject to an objection for a legal or expert opinion? I’ve had opposing counsel assert it but haven’t yet looked into the issue.

    what about the same thing but with an supposed oral contract. Defeating the he said she said when one party says there was an oral contract and the other says no but there was a written one, yet opposing says breach or oral. Done any cases on this?
