Which do you go by for interrogatories and req for admissions? Say fact discovery closes on say Oct 18 but all discovery Dec 18 . Allowing the 30 to respond
In a deposition, from a defendants position, if its fare for apposing counsel to ask questions wouldn't it applicable for the defense ask questions also? Seems one sided. To be fare and concise. Does the system work better that way or is this point moot?
I just took a depition (3 days before discovery deadline), and immediately understand the importance of not putting it off until the end of discovery phase. Now that I discovered something new during the deposition and need to request more documents, do I have a good chance of being granted motion to extend discovery? I still have plenty quota left from the 25 maximum requests allowed.
I need a professional in Rug Specialties and Appraising. I prefer someone who is a doctor. I know it's a tall ask but do you know any? West coast is a must.
Jarrett great information! Really appreciate your generosity in sharing this information for all to hear

How many days is it till the discovery deadline?
what happens if a depo is taken AFTER the discovery period has ended? Like trial is set for 30 days out and depo just done.
I got a depositio coming up on Monday
