I am living in a house ( builder floor) on the fourth floor. Want to know , we have a underground water tank in south west. But we r not living on the ground or first floor. How will this defect willngive any impact on me as i m living on tue fourth floor ? Also thus is to specify that we are nit using thus water tank. We have a seperate water tank which is in south n southeast direction.
