KinnPorsche is one of *the* best BL series made, and kinda break the scale for what BL has been. It's mature, 18+/21+ depending on country. It's action, drama, comedy, romance (obviously), and many scenes are cinematic masterpieces. Mile and Apo, the main lead actors has a chemistry that's off the scale. I can only recommend.
Jeff wrote the OST for "Big Dragon, the series" sung by ISBANKY, an other of his masterpieces well worth checking. The song is called "Dancing with the devil".

Yes KinnPorche is a BL. It has 3 couples, and Jeff is in one of them. It's mafia related, and can get very dark at times - it will make you cry, laugh, swoon and confused. It's great 😂
Jeff is an incredible singer! As you can tell by these two songs, his vocal range is really big - and he masters it so well. Unlike many other artist, he knows his strength and his weaknesses - and as a result the level of waht he puts out is always high! The OST is such a sweet and lovely song, with a hint of sadness as well, which match the series - and Dum Dum is just crazy. He really went all out with that one, and said "hey, I'm not just a pretty boy - I'm HOT too" 🥵 - After that mv I really wanna see him in some sort of Joker role, I can totally picture that! But also I support the petition for a collab between him and Jackson, that would be epic! 💚
Semantic Error was such a great show, in my top 3 BL's of 2022. 💖 My first BL was History 3: Make Our Days Count - so that will always be special to me. The BL that's had the biggest impact on me was Until We Meet Again - that will forever be the one to beat. Other than that, my favorites are I Told Sunset About You/I Promised You The Moon, We Best Love and maybe Love Mechanics the 2022 version. So far for 2023 My School President and Moonlight Chicken are battling it out for the number 1 spot, and then Our Dating Sim is secure at number 3. However we're only half way through the year... Things could change 🥰

Have to admit I never watched the OST video before. The ending hits different when you've seen the show and know how it ends, for sure. I am eagerly awaiting a season 2 one day. They made too much money on the series to not make one lol.

@@haslindahassan2215 the ending does not feel complete, because we actually just saw book one of KinnPorsche. There are more books (unfortunately only in Thai 😫) which continue the story.

Pls checkout the Live English Version of Why Don't You Stay it is on another level! Other Jeff songs that I love are Fade, Hide, and Comedy (Tragedy version) this last one is from the show He She It in which Jeff played one of the main leads.

My favorite BL Dramas have to be Not Me (Thailand), Word of Honor (China), Plus and Minus (Taiwan) and To My Star (Korea) (Especially season 2). I love shows with queer representation, of course some shows do it better than others, for example Not Me. Its just generally nice seeing yourself represented on screen, without it being cliché.
Agreed; I love that line from Love, Simon; "Why is straight the default?". And it's sooooo true. When we keep things the same for sooooo long, that becomes the norm and ppl are raised to believe that's how it's always been. Which simply isn't true. Any change to the 'norm' is met with resistance because people are terrified of change. Even when the change itself isn't anything particularly new. So I'm glad more of these shows are being made! To My Star was suuuuuper cute omg 🥹🫶🏻

My favorite bl thai drama(s) are "I Told Sunset About You " with the sequel "I Promised You The Moon" , "Not Me" ,but also chinese ones like "Word Of Honor" and "The Untamed"
Oh man Not Me is sooooo good. I loved not just the great acting and the romances, but the fact the director fought so hard to make that series a reality. One of the reasons it has all western music in the series is because sponsors kept backing out so there was so low of a budget because the series pointed out all the things wrong in Thai society and it rubbed some people in power the wrong way. It was an absolute labor of love to get it made. Anybody reading this comment ABSOLUTELY GO WATCH IT!
Jeff Satur is my favorite Thai male singer. He’s amazing live, he writes his own songs and he acts so damn well.

Love "KinnPorsche". It's still my favorite. It has one of my favorite characters. Vegas, he is part of one of the 3 main couples, and he won over my heart. Just like the actor called Bible Wichapas Sumettikul. I also enjoyed "Not Me" and "Manner of Death".
This series will not disappoint. I'm pretty sure he wrote the english version first. You should check that one out it is just as amazing as this one. There really isn't anything Jeff Satur can not do.
I fear this video might get blocked soon (hopefully not) because of the BL drama copyright, so I'll have to check out the English version for sure! And his new song that just dropped!

Jeff Satur is great! He's my fave Thai singer. I would recommend his songs Fade, Loop and Hide - he also produced a song for another BL called Dancing With The Devil performed by Isbanky that's really good too!

About DumDum MV: it's not a guitar, it is a Thai instrument Isan Phin. And it's Naga, part of Thailand mythology. The MV has a very deep interpretation, like all of Jeff's work. I hope you will be interested to hear his other works, he is a very talented artist!❤

The instrument he plays in the MV is actually not a guitar. It's called a Thai lute.
This particular one was personally customized by his friend for him.
It's made of guitar strings instead of lute strings so that he could play it like a guitar without having to learn an additional instrument and still have the same effects and voice of a lute

Just a cute fyi, if you’ve watched Suga/Agust D’s Haegeum, Dum Dum was filmed in the same location. I would recommend Fade, Jeff’s biggest song so far and maybe the English version of Why Don’t You Stay since that shows off his vocals. If you want to hear him live, his acoustic duet with SILVY for their song Far is a good start.
He is in the drama , he isn’t playing himself he is playing the third son of the mafia by name Kim , he moved out and for others he goes by name WIK which Porchay (not sure if spelled correctly)the brother of one of the mains ,is fan of. They become some sort of couple amazing drama truly recommend. This is the Thai version of the song there is English version World Tour Version,which is written from the point of view of Kim this was Porchay point of view, I am surprised that Dum Dum you couldn’t watch with subtitles due I have watched it with them on the release day. The lyrics are amazing too.
The instrument in the Dum Dum MV is not a guitar actually. It's a type of traditional Thai harp called "phin". You can listen to its sound clearly in the beginning of the song.

I always love watching someone new discover Jeff for the first time! He's such a brilliant artist and actor, and just a overall great guy irl. He is actually releasing a new song in one or two days, I believe the title is Lucid. As for other songs I would recommend, Fade is amazing (it's his most popular for a reason) He also did a collaboration with Silvy, another Thai singer-songwriter called Far From Home. I would personally recommend doing the live acoustic version of that song as it just showcases him and Silvy's live vocals really well.
As for my favorite Bl's, Moonlight Chicken is super good, My school president is amazing, To My Star 1&2 is great, Not Me is amazing as well. That's just a really hard question lmao, I've watched hundreds since 2017, so I have many good ones to recommend depending on what genres people like most.

I just recently finished watching KinnPorsche the series and it's now my favorite bl out of all the bls I've watched. I always see Jeff popping up on my recommended page but I didn't watch him then. I only got to see him sing on the series, I didn't expect him to be such a great singer and actor.
Singer, Song Writer, Composer, Producer, plays many different instruments including a traditional Thai instrument. He's also an excellent actor. What he is not is Taiwanese.
He's not from Taiwan he's from Thailand, in one interview he said he hertiage Thai, British and Indian.
He wrote 'Why Don't you stay' while on set of the KinnPorsche Series.

It’s funny how I got to know Jeff through a series he did called the ingredient (recommended is very cute and has short episodes) and than later he appeared in Kinnporsche and I’ve been in love with his voice ever since.

Probably my favorite BL of all time also stars Jeff. It is called "Ingredients" and is really just a commercial for a grocery story. But it is beautiful, moving, gentle, and perfect in every possible way.
There’s an English version of Why Don’t You Stay, so you should check it out! The English version makes me cry just as much as the Thai version especially due the context of the BL Jeff is in, and the character he plays. The guy he was in the music video was his on screen partner in the series. Their story is quite a tear jerker or will make you sob (like me) 🥲. But I definitely you recommend you watching KinnPorsche! I was literally going to suggest you react to Dum Dum since it’s quite different from Why Don’t You Stay but you already did. Therefore, I suggest Fade, Stranger, Loop, his new song/music video that just came out Lucid 😍 there’s English versions to all those songs as well. I hope you react to them and more Jeff in the future because he definitely deserves the recognition 🥹

Yes Jeff is in the series he plays the youngest mob brother of the Kin. Porsche is Kin's body Guard. Jeff's character falls for Porche's little brother. It's high octaine action BL series with plenty of blood, fighting, gun battles, kidnapp, murder and torture. However it's off set with some humour mainly in the form of the middle mob brother.
He is definitely in this series .So worth watching! I would love to see a reaction to this series!!!!!
Jeff Satur’s English versions are amazing as well! Fav BL is LOVE IN THE AIR. Kinn Porsche was different. Loved the gangster vibe. Semantic Error and Cherry Blossom were also awesome!

And Dum Dum is very “Crow” (if you every watched Brendon Lee’s movie based off the graphic novel) the entire thing just screams Crow to me.

Hey Marco, Jeff Satur never disappoints fans! His music is fantastic! I didn't know he wrote a song for the Bl Series KinnPorshe until I heard it! He played the role of a star in the KinnPorshe series! As Jeff Satur sings, KinnPorshe scenes go over it as he sits in a public place playing guitar. I'm watching this BL series of KinnPorshe now! I'm shocked that he wrote this Original Soundtrack for this series! Jeff knew what type of song he wanted it to be! Jeff Satur plays "Kim Kimhan Theerapanyakun" in the BL series KinnPorshe. My favorite BL dramas are Love In The Air, KinnPorshe, Secret Crush On You, History 1-5 Series, Unforgotten Night, and many more. Jeff seems to be playing two sides of himself in this music video if you see him twice in different outfits. Jeff is fighting the backup dancers in this music video and wins every time!

See the thing about his character in Kinnporsche (the show had its issues mind you like aging down his love interest for no reason, so he's making it with an 18 yr old, when that character was the same age as him in the novel) is that yes he was a pop star but he was also a mob boss' son. And he killed people like mob boss' son. He was in fact the scariest of his brothers if only bc everybody always underestimated Tankhun.
My fav of his roles is Ingredients bc it's just 100% soft boi hours and also Gameplay, bc Gameplay.
My fav of his songs tho is Comedy, the tragic version. It's from She Her It, his other project opposite Gameplay.
He makes the english version of this song that included in jeff's full length album named space shuttle no.8

There's a great action scene with Jeff fighting against another mob gang while the boy is in the back with headphones on playing a game and he has no idea that Jeff's Character is fighting to save his life.

The cinematography is so so beautiful and it made me cry so yeah, we love this. There’s also this movie called “your name engraved herein”, I love this movie sm. Drama-wise, I also really enjoyed watching “not me”, “the eighth sense(kdrama)” and ”my school president”. Literally jack satur was in the serie and him was paired up with Barcode,he played as Kim brother of kin and lied about his family to Barcode and he got mad. You should watch this serie if you want to, it is amazing.
If you like Korean singers, check out Jeff and Shaun, Steal the Show. It's great! I love all Jeff's songs ❤ it's in English as Jeff speaks Thai and Shaun speaks Korean. Common ground, English lol it's actually Shauns song and he asked Jeff to sing it with him. Turned out awesome.
