wow 400kv , i used to work at a switch house in east london we had 400kv but i thought the safety working distance back then was 18 feet , you look alot closer than that ?
is this Autotransformers of 3 phase from single phase units. because i have seen single phase units connected in from of 3 phase having separate units for reliable purpose to from star-star-delta form i.e 400/220/33..plz comment
Looking at the design these are complete 3-phase units. One big container with 3 incoming and 3 outgoing bushes on them. I have seen the separate transformers concept in another video on TH-cam, that one had 3 seperate containers which where connected together with steel frames. So that isn't the case in this video.

Unless you're a big movie maker, Hollywood like, i don't think they will let anyone in for their hobby things. Too dangerous and too much economical and community stakes are involved.
