Guys just a heads up about,when I bought my house and started remodel there was so must dust and dirt that it messed my air up,it somehow got in through the return I guess but I ended up having to have it all cleaned and ended up replacing it.

I highly recommend Hondas, I have a 2006 Honda PILOT SUV AWD with over 240K miles, still super reliable and they have 3rd row third row folds flat & you can haul A LOT in these cars! I personally love it way more than a minivan. Good luck!🙏

I have a 2013 Toyota Avalon Hybrid with 278,000 miles on it. Still running great! Before the Avalon, I had a Toyota Corolla that had over 300,000 miles on it when I gave it to my son to drive to work & save gas vs. driving his Dodge pickup with a hemi to work. I would go with Japanese engineering over American any day.
I had a 2006 Corrolla and in 2022 someone decided to run a yield sign and drove off without stopping. The insurance company totaled it out because my air bag went off. I was intending to keep it for a long time because I knew I could get a lot of mileage out of it.
I'm definitely a fan of Toyota. I worked a lot of years as Triple A tow man. I changed a tire on a Toyota pickup once that had 800k miles on it. Guy said he wanted to sell it at 400k and couldn't because it never broke down!
Also, as someone who works at a dealer. My number 1 suggestion is to request that you be able to take whatever vehicle you like to an outside shop for a pre purchase inspection. That $150 can save you a lot of headaches!
Agree we took a car for a test drive and it seemed really good but I told my son to make sure he got a mechanic check so glad he did there was so much wrong with it he said it’s not even Road worthy saved us a huge headache

We just bought a used crystler pacifica we’ve had it about 6 months and been on 3 vacations we absolutely love it and it’s so so so nice inside with leather, a vacuum system, full sunroof , so many cool options. It was a good deal. We thought about the Honda van but 2 mechanics told us NOOOOO DO NOT! That they have specific issues . I don’t remember the issues.

The best used car purchase I ever made, was getting a brand new motor in the vehicle I already owned and loved, comfort wise, travel wise, and practicality, but it had high mileage because I traveled a lot. I literally saved thousands, even with a 3 day rental. Just an option 😊
Matt I have found that TH-cam you can find out how to fix anything look it up and it will tell you how to fix your scooter. I took my Chrysler van to several mechanics and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. I TH-cam did it and figured it out and it was the computer brain. Took it to the dealership and found out that it was covered by warranty. But my point is I had to find out by researching it on TH-cam to figure it out because no mechanic can figure it out. I am telling you TH-cam you can figure out anything and how to fix it step-by-step. I’ve done this with so many different items.
Congrats on a great merge of your families. Couldn't happen to better people. Enjoy this time as you'll be looking back on it before you know it and wonder how on Earth you actually pulled it off. They'll be fond memories.

Oh my gosh, of course the ac would go in a heat wave, never fails!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It took me 4 months to find a good used suv, so happy I waited though I was frustrated. Finally found a private owner selling a BMW suv that so far in 8 months has had no problems. Drives like a dream. I'd rather go to the dentist to get a root canal then sit thru a car dealer's dribble. Most of these cars come from the car auction. Go to the car auctions & watch how they buy, it's crazy!!!!!!

Matt, as for your scooter, I think you got a great deal… I think the reason it Boggs down when you’re using it is because the battery needs to be reset in the scooter. You can find easy instructions for this on you tube. After I got my scooter back after it was stolen, I did this to my scooter and the problem was corrected.

Matt! I have to tell you about the amazing deal I got the other day. Yard sale. Two boxes of mixed video games. Meaning PlayStation games , Xbox 360 and then some Nintendo cube games. The lady wanted $1 each. There was only one in an original wrapper so it was one of ten that I schnagged. I thought why not. Everyone loves Pokémon right? Well, this was a Pokémon XD Gale of darkness. It was selling on eBay some for 1200 and some for 800 and some at 300. Prices were all over the place. I put it on eBay for $500 and it sold within 4 hours! I just kept thinking,” What would Matt say?” 😂. It was mind blowing.
Just FYI... The Honda Odyssey does not have stow-n-go... The back seats will lay flat but the middle seats have to be taken out... The Chrysler Pacifica has the stow-n-go seats... We have a 2020 Pacifica and we absolutely love it!
I wish I lived closer to you because I have a 2019 Odyssey I want to sell. Only 45k miles and no problems at all. I've been driving a mini for nearly 20 years and simply want a midsize SUV. This is my second Odyssey and they are great vans.
If y’all are looking at used cars, one suggestion is to get a car fax on the vehicle. It tells about wrecks and number of owners. It was helpful for me.

My brother owns multiple Odysseys. One is at 340000 miles and still going strong. Take care of a Honda or a Toyota and they will take care of you lol.
We've owned five Toyotas and have had zero problems. Do the regular maintenance and they seem to last forever!

We bought our last 2 used cars from Carvana and it was an easy great experience. That’s been 6 years now and no issues with either of them.

Just FYI... The Honda Odyssey does not have stow-n-go... The back seats will lay flat but the middle seats have to be taken out... The Chrysler Pacifica has the stow-n-go seats... We have a 2020 Pacifica and we absolutely love it!

I wish I lived closer to you because I have a 2019 Odyssey I want to sell. Only 45k miles and no problems at all. I've been driving a mini for nearly 20 years and simply want a midsize SUV. This is my second Odyssey and they are great vans.
If y’all are looking at used cars, one suggestion is to get a car fax on the vehicle. It tells about wrecks and number of owners. It was helpful for me.
