After reading the stories Arsene is from, I actually understand why Raouls special move is a multi target high chance sleep. Its mentioned Arsene Lupin would drug guards with sleeping medicine in advance to his heists a lot.
Plus he would steal in the night while his targets were asleep.
This also ties into one of his best moves, Dream Killer
But I still don’t understand WHY RAOUL IS A DLC PERSONA! Can’t you just let us fuse Arsene with Satanael to get Raoul? Raoul is basically Joker’s 3rd awakening Persona
@@andys2801 I agree, if he was a picaro version of Arsene, like one wearing his school blazer, then yeah dlc. But Raoul should have been given the Orpheus Telos treatment, may or may not be his ultimate/third but is a cool bonus for you to get. In my mind arsene is the first awakening and Sataniel us the third, wild card is his second awakening so to speak.

I dunno is it just me or does phantom show seem underrated? I’ve seen some people claiming Raoul is useless when people talk about him but phantom show seems so goddamn strong for its sp cost and he is an improved Arsene so bonus points for style
Especially considering technical damage, so imagine a sleeping enemy with a Roaul with Almighty boost/amp and magic ability and then megidolaon

That, along with the new traits, and the fact that Izanagi-no-Okami gets not only a three hit heavy almighty damage attack, but also the most broken trait in the game, resistance to all except bless and curse (there is an accesory that nulls both) an victory cry... Almost makes any other persona pointless in endgame. Unless you want to deal technical damage that is

Of course Izanagi no Okami is the most broken, I'd probs use Roaul for challenge purposes since InO is absolutely broken for no reason except being the coolest ultimate persona
yeah sleep is such an underrated skill expecially if you have max technical rank, it literally makes any affected persona weak too all attacks
He's useless in the sense you have far better options in general over him, even Sataneal is a overall better persona
His sleep skill is good, and the technical damage is amazing, but it's still better and stronger options then Raoul.
Though he's better then Labrys persona and her worthless beast weaver skill, so I wouldn't call him completely useless

It's literally a Heat Riser meets Mediarama... And you can access it from as early as mid-Kamoshida Palace... and only cost 24 SP. Invigorate 3 or 2 tier of SP recovery can cover than pretty well to make it super usable. Damn DLC is busted (Input mandatory Myriad Truth/ Country Maker comment here)

@@onitekka7462 kamoshida's will sead heals and buffs attack for one ally. Neo cadenza is a attack, defence and agility buff as well as a moderate heal for your whole party. The will seed isn't anything close to as broken as Neo cadenza.

If you also take your time in the postgame, you can have neo cadenza with a certain trait so that the buffs of attack, defense and speed last for 5 turns instead of 3.
Neo cadenza is also busted in the late game because towards the late game enemies will have 2 actions per turn and thus debuffs will last less on them.

I would have liked them to also put the unique skills of other persona games such as dragon horn (I think that was the way, If I remember correctly that was chie's exclusive attack... I don't remember the name well...) However, those attacks were also quite good and it is also strange that they didn't put personas from other games, I would have liked to use a powered Konohana-Sakuya and her unique skill was one of my favorites too...

The only bad thing about the game being so long, is that it's pretty damn daunting to do solo challenge runs... Just one run can take 50 hours, depending on the difficulty and what persona you use, and i gotta say, even on hard and using Izanagi-no-Okami, it took me WAY more time than i thought, and he is pretty broken...
My Kaguya solorun was easily the most difficult so far, not counting Arsene without using skill cards and fusing other skills onto him. The problem is that more enemies than i thought either resisted Light, or outright null it, repel it or even absorbs it! And since Kaguya and Kaguya Picaro ONL gets Shinning Arrow as an offensive skill, there really isn't much you can do... I usually try and ban Joker himself from attacking, as many battles can be won by just attacking enough, as long as you aren't weak to anything the enemy has, but with Kaguya, i literally had to also resort to melee attacks and Jokers gun...

Poor Orpheus. Looking at his unique persona skill compared to FemC's Orpheus, it's clear that the game creators favored FemC's persona more. Her's got Neo Cadenza that increases ATK, DEF, EVA, ACC, and etc while regular P3 hero's Orpheus only has Cadenza. What's with that lol.

Kaguya is Marie's persona in P4AU. Ariadne is Labrys's persona from P4A. Tsukiyomi is Sho's persona from P4AU. Asterius is Shadow Labrys's persona in P4A.

I dont know where else to ask this but whenever i start a battle with thanatos as my persona, for some reason I have a repel shield that blocks all enemy attacks 2 times. It only happens if im using thanatos and when I view its stats, nothing indicates that it has a mirror ability, besides repel curse damage. If anyone knows why please let me know.
Did you have the ring from Palace 3, maybe that gives a makarakarn-tetrakarn combo when battle starts?
@@robynmchenry8315 not that im aware of, my party all has the arm pc acessory on. It only does it with thanatos or the picaro version. I dont have the dlc personas on the original persona 5 so i cant test if this only happens in royal.

@@robynmchenry8315 so I took any items with buffs off and went solo into a battle with thanatos. Thanatos has door of hades, maeigaon, mamudoon and spell master. It still has the reflect on regardless. It applies to pretty much everything that attacks me at least twice. I know he has an innate repel curse but im not being attacked by curse damage and its still reflecting at least two attacks
@@ShadowStep752 so only those 4 skills? Without there being any party members, a trait that would explain it, or equipment with repel/reflect like the boss undies, I really don't know what it could possibly be, sorry.
