When I calibrate and he wants me to use 7ph. I put it in and immediately it's jumps to 4ph rec... Can't make it work it jumps back and forth from 7 to 4 and only is possible to calibrate a 7ph on 4ph... New product first calibration... sad af
Dear Hannes Henning, We are sorry for hear that. For your problem, we can offer the following solutions: probably the probe has dried out. Firstly, try to measure the pH 4.01 buffer solution without calibration. If the value is more or less +/- 0,5 pH than the expected (4.01pH ) value, you need to reactivate the probe. Soak the tip of the probe in buffer solution (or pH4 solution) for a few hours to reactivate/hydrate it. After try to calibrate again. We would like to help you to have a good, useful product. For further assistance, please contact us via email.
Dear Diego, AD11, AD12 and AD14 are automatically set up for two-point calibration. For 1-point calibration: For a one-point calibration with buffers pH 4.01 or 10.01, the meter automatically accepts the calibration when the reading is stable. Then it will show „OK 1” If a one-point calibration with buffer pH 7.01 is desired, then after the calibration point has been accepted, press the ON/OFF/MODE button to return to normal mode. Then it will show „OK 1” For 2-point calibration: For a two-point calibration, place the electrode in pH 7.01 buffer. After the first calibration point has been accepted, the “pH 4.01 USE” message appears. If it accepts the pH 4.01, then it will show „OK 2” message. @@diego.zaisov Please, check the value of 7.01 pH buffer solution. Probably the measuring value is too far from the expected 7.01 pH, and closer to 10.01pH and the meter automatically ask for 10.01. In this case try the following: - reset the tester -see the instruction in the manual - Soak the tip of the probe in storage solution for at least few hour to rehydrate it. - replace the probe

Waht is the different between Ad11 and ad 12?
Dear Kamran Pipekesh,
The difference between the testers is that AD11 is one decimal, AD12 two decimal accurate tester.
Best regards,
Adwa Team
Hi. I tried to do it like that but after 7.01 appears 10.01. Do you know why?

For a two-point calibration, place the electrode in pH 7.01 buffer. After the first calibration point has been accepted, the “pH 4.01 USE” message appears. If it accepts the pH 4.01, then it will show „OK 2” message.
