I Just paid for Tansee iOS Message Transfer (MAC). You do not mention it is cost! Anyway I paid. but it is not working even after relaunch/ How can I get refund ?
Open Finder on your Mac and backup iPhone. Then relaunch the software and load your text messages by selecting the Finder/iTunes backup option. If it doesn't work, then email the official developer at support@tansee.com They will use your PC via screen sharing and to fix the problem. If they can't, they'll issue refund.
my phone is already in my pc through phone companion, and all text msgs are there. How can I email text conversations, or at least get them printed? no utube video for this?
@@nicks6776 Using LEWA, I can’t seem to pdf my text messages with date, time and contact number as you have shown? Can you show me how to do this for sms & WhatsApp pls?
@@mulberry8930 You need to have iTunes software installed on your computer. Then, just run this app on your computer and, connect your iPhone to your computer using the USB cable. Wait till the software recognize your device and load your text and WhatsApp messages. Once the software loads all your SMS and WhatsApp messages on the interface, you can easily export them to PDF. I hope that helps.
@@mulberry8930 there are two tabs in the program one for sms messages and another one for WhatsApp. You can't see it? If you select a SMS conversion and click the "Copy" button, you will see the option to save your messages as PDF.

my is only loading text messages 30 days old. Any way to adjust that so text messages more than 30 days load?
