Throw as many spears as you want into your raft and travel with them stuck in the raft. This way you can take them with you without keeping them in inventory or crates
@@danieljasonhanf you sir, are correct. I thought I was going crazy loosing my spears. As long as you remove them before saving again you should be good. I also play on ps4
@@TheOverclock I struggle with this game enough as is lol they need a serious overhaul for the mechanics and material availability on each of the islands...Tom hanks had years of resources on just one island and he did not get sick after surviving off coconuts. I still enjoy playing the game for what it is but it needs more to keep anyone I know interested.

This game is fun and keeps me busy when not playing ark or battlefield and warzone but I just see so much potential in these strong bones of the game itself and wish I knew how to develop games to give and help with ideas for this but with only two people working on this game I will say I'm truly impressed on how fun I actually have trying to navigate and use the cartographer.

As soon as storm hits - empty your water stills by watering crops or filling jugs Storm can fill between 1-4 units on water still depending on storm length . It also def waters crops on ps4
A trick is to stand next to the plots and you can also plant spoiled potatoes to get fuel too! We are doing our final boss tomorrow despite the ‘boss PS4 trophies’ are bugged and won’t register we even beat one yet lol.

I don't know if this is known but I just stumbled onto a Refined Axe tip (PS4): Breaking down the Plank Station returns a 100% Refined Axe. This gives you 2 options. *Option 1* - Build a single Refined Axe, use it until it's almost busted and then create your Plank Station. Make the planks you need and then using a Crude Axe break the station down returning you a 100% shiny new Refined Axe. Rinse and repeat. *Option 2* - Build your 1st Refined Axe, use it until it's almost busted and then create your Plank Station. Create a 2nd Refined Axe and use that one until it's almost broken. Break down the Plank Station, take the 100% Refined Axe and use your near busted one to remake the Plank Station. Either way, you can save yourself some leather cost. The one thing I'd point out here is that when breaking down the Plank Station the Trunk is no longer able to be picked up. You can still use it in the recipe but for some reason you can't pick it up. Just an FYI if you're planning on moving the location.
So that's why my sails keep ending up in odd positions! I knew about the eggs, I have used them on console for a quick fix and not tried on PC yet so that would have confused me!
I just switched to third person then went to look for answers your the only video I could find with anything, freaked me out, not to mention how impractical that would be

I saw in another video a person had multiple sails all facing different directions three basically anyone know the way to move it on console PS4? Is it just the grab button like when you pick things up to move them?

I've tried to do shark boss and my stuff goes right through? So I emailed the company that made this game and they said console's dont have this feature yet. Kinda sucks tbh..
Ummm.... you absolutely can fight the Shark/Megalodon Boss on console. Are you referring to the black tip reef sharks? Those you cannot interact with or attack on console, the spears, axe, knife and yourself will just pass through them. The same for the Giant Groupers on console, they're just part of the environment and cannot be touched, stabbed, speared or caught.
YES,,,,you can,and have been able to kill All Sharks in SD on console , ,since it came out. ..except the generic sharks , ,but nobody can kill them,,and yeah,,,somebody should check there settings

Nice Hat 😅. Yes the eggs on console are tasty! You can allso eat them raw, probably they give more proteins when cooked on a vshaped stick, but why bother to do that as there are plenty eggs and they respawn. Did you also know that you can catch a bat at night with a bow (wait for it to sit in a tree)? Drop it on the floor in your house, use it as a doormat and rename it to welcome! ( when you do not like this, you can of course eat it). Bye 🤗
The Overclock , you should definitely watch the tutorial videos of Agoork. Even when you think you know everything and you are maybe bored watching it, because he seems to be to slow for you, watch and listen to what he says, it is an eyeopener.
If you want to catch bats just stand on a spot they flock and keep swinging your refined axe. I have a large pile of dead bats next to my house. If you dont skin them they don't spoil either

The Overclock Yes. I managed to locate him and I wasn’t well prepared with spears. He ended up killing me and I went back to my Island, stocked up. Next day, went back to the same location and there was a whale chilling. I’ll try again tomorrow and see if maybe it was a glitch. 😔
Then what would you do together? The island is not too big and there is not a lot to explore when you share the stuff and space. Although it is a bit lonely, I pefer the game stand alone. i like Wolly though 🥰
