Five hundred years later there are thousands of protestant denominations, each teaching different, even contradicting, doctrines, but what is it. If Jesus says Sardis is dead why then do we venerate men, methods and movements that support them? It may be no coincidence that the day of the dead and the Reformation age started on the same day

Churches are made up of imperfect people, so they might well mislead sometimes, but being part of the body of Christ means dealing with the other body parts through the hard stuff and not detaching from the body. I just wanted to encourage you to remain joined and committed to the body as you serve Jesus because I believe from reading the new testament books that that's what Jesus wants. They can't do without you and you can't do without them - we're built for community.
