Here's the next great project idea for the apprentice:
    Magnetic holder for welding guns.
So you can just plopp the holder to the nearest metal surface so you can use the wire brush with both hands.
The other day I barely _grazed_ some polythene insulation sheeting with a wire brush and the damn thing caught and nearly took my head off. And I was even using the side grip.
Assuming the lad is finished with those milling cutter storage units we discussed a couple months back, how are those coming along btw?

Another fine and interesting episode young man. Buy some Manuka honey (550+), chop three garlic cloves into it, put it in a cupboard for a week to infuse and then take one teaspoon of it each day for a week and then ease off to once every three days. I have just sorted some for my hayfever/rhinitus and have it on good authority it works. I do know that genuine and 100% pure Manuka honey is extremely good for a lot of ailments for the body.

Nice work, I just finished up doing one of these with the hydraulic drive climax BB5000, a bit smaller bores, using the 1 1/4” bar. Had to cut holes in the floor and a small hole in the side wall of bucket to fit everything including the bore welder. I think it was for a Volvo, big Craig trash bucket. Always enjoy seeing your videos and seeing your posts in the line boring FB page, always very nice work. Been following for a while now and looking forward to seeing your TH-cam presence/ following grow.

I love the videos that go into detail with everything that you are doing for the fact that I can learn your techniques and what to do and what not to do. I always see you welding uphill compared to welding downhill and I would love to know the reasoning behind that. I know that If you weld downhill it’s a pretty weld compared to welding up hill. Would be greatly appreciated to get your input on that… Once again thanks for your videos!

easy to make those pins greaseabe. you counter bore a 3/4" hole in the end of the pin then drill your grease hole and cross drill the outlets. the zerk goes down in the 3/4" counter bore. that way its protected. excavator pins are like this from the factory.
