What about putting the wisteria in the lower garden along the path and arching it over the sidewalk to the house. Put an arch to walk under and let it trail up the wall.
I had the same problem with my wisteria. I planted it in ground nearest to the path, built a wooden arch with one side in the ground and the other side attached to the wall. Now three years later it is covering the whole wall. Its not only made the wall breathtaking, but gave the side walk a definition and a romantic feel

Another option is plantingmin the garden right across from the hole you gave up on and put a really sturdy trellis from there over to house and go from there! Can still start in same place just couple ft to the left!
A possible idea for your wisteria planting……… could you plant in the soil nearest to where you tried making the hole and put a simple pergola type support to the wall. It would be like an arch then onto the wall in the direction you wanted. Hope this makes sense 😊
There are jack hammers that you should be able to rent to go deeper into the concrete so you can plant the wisteria where you originally want it. Don't give up, yet. The 3rd bedroom is looking good. Love the natural ceiling! ~Terri 😊

Could you train the jasmine to cover the toilet. It has established well in and you will have a faster result. Use the wisteria on the stone wall, train it up and attach it at the base of the railings. Once established it would give you more privacy.

Beautiful ceiling,and with the fireplace and walls done, it looks pretty. Have you thought of turning it into an office/library room. Filled with books, art, and collections. Your master bedroom will be upstairs with your private balcony, and you have two bedrooms done downstairs. Why don't you do something different with that room. You might be able to find another room upstairs for a third guest bedroom.

I think maybe seven. Three on the first floor, one on the kitchen level, and four on the upper level, if the pattern of the design persists. But it’s hard to know. I would really love a plan… what is the room behind the entrance hall. Directly above that seems to be one of the bathrooms. It’s giving me a headache because I don’t think we have seen all the rooms yet. For instance, is there another bedroom above the reception hall? Whichever way, it’s a lovely channel.

You can make roses come out quicker and in bigger amounts by watering them with fertilizer. 10-20-10. I did that for a living. Make sure you follow the instructions for he amounts.

A mix of vinegar and oil is always good on old wood. Pickle juice is a bit extreme!
It wasn’t pickle juice it was a chemical treatment for woodworms, sergi had decanted it in to the pickle jar to apply it ❤
