You should read the manga, Houkai Gakuen Manga... telling about Sin's backstory born as a member of a noble family yet her mother(?) only used her as a political thing to the point her mother wanted to "marry" the 10(?) years old Sin with a pervert fat ugly-faced autocrat. You can tell, prior long before her meeting with Bronya or AE experiment, she already mentally ill... maybe some sort of DID, unlike Seele who got the similar thing through experiment, Sin got it from her abusive mother who gave her rotten meat or some sort... until she met Bronya. Well, technically, Sin does not hate Bronya in a sense... Since Bronya is her first human ever to look her straight into her eyes, as if accepting her condition. At that point, Sin actually like Bronya, to the point of saving her from angry villagers(?) that after her... by killing them all. And and that point, Bronya see the monster inside Sin, yes, that's the one who yelling Shut Up, long-haired Sin. In short, Sin simply wanna be friend with Bronya after she killed her mother and that ugly pervert autocrat, and the rest of her neighborhood... approaching Cocolia's orphanage to meet Bronya with her hair became short, hence Bronya did not recognized her but a monster. So her relationship with Bronya was quiet complicated, since Seele was in her way. Basically Sin "hates" Bronya out of jealous. Gosh, there are many more to tell. You should definitely read the manga, because Sin is not that bad as you and other people may think. In the end, Sin, Bronya, and Seele become the trio elites of AE (and maybe best friends) when there were no Roza and Liliya yet in AE.
