do I take the plastic piece over the inside of the door off?
They last about a year get the warranty for sure , ours won't stop spinning then decided to just stop working other than that a year for $50 better than most these days
How do you change the power level?
Can't hear the speaking, even w volume turned way up. Just sounds of opening box, taking off plastic, popping corn. Painfully slow, I put it on 1.5x speed to watch. Plus all that time of popping corn should've been cut; I fast forwarded.
Answered my question of if it has a turntable since it is small.
Mine won't spin any ways to fix?

Ok, ok so I know how to open the box already and put it on the counter. Geez. The videos is slow, and I can’t hear you even with the volume up all the way. I found a much better video elsewhere. Not to mention this microwave is a piece of crap. I never buy anything at Walmart and this was given to me. I hope it holds up till I find a good one.
