FWD and torque steer reminded me of the Lancia beta FWD rally car @200 bhp it was setting faster stage times than the tuned to 220 bhp version sealed the deal to me that FWD has its place but not for outright performance V's RWD
The Golf was the first FWD hot hatch Adam, but Britain had the Sunbeam Lotus and the Vauxhall Chevette HS which were Hatchbacks as well, so I think I'm right in saying Britain actually had the first Hot Hatches, would you agree Adam?
