Oh wow, this is a huge compliment! I don’t even like the way I sound 😂 Thank you for tuning in. Is there anything else you’d like to know about planners?
This was very informative. I've been meditating to change my direction in life. I've always been a creative person, but left stale in my life. Sitting behind a desk all day is not fulfilling anymore. Thank you for sharing a direction to get started.
I absolutely love your energy on this video🤣🤣🤣great tips and advice! As a graphic designer you are right about scratch designs versus cheat designing. I use Canva when I don’t feel like going through the motions with Indesign.
GIRL!!!!! You truly are a blessing in the skies okay.... The universe allowed me to find you for a reason. I truly appreciate all the information and thank you so much ❤. The stress literally just melted away...🤗
Thank you so much for this video!!! So much valuable information. I have reviewed many videos on planners and this one is definitely in my top five. One thing I don’t see discussed is the paper weight. When using the DIY method, what is the best paper weight to use? Thanks 😊
Thanks so much for watching Felicia! I don’t touch on paper weight in this video about designing pages but I do mention it in my video about getting the planners printed. I’ll leave the link below! My preferred paper weight is 32lb (also called 120gsm or 80lb) because I love luxe feeling sheets but 28lb (105gsm/70lb) is great for a planner as well (especially if there are a ton of pages). th-cam.com/video/2vqbga5rrFg/w-d-xo.html
Hello Loved One! Just discovered you! Love your vibe… the information you gave was priceless. Your so natural. I will definitely sunnier your business. #NewSubscriber
My home printer has adjustments for A5 size. So I can precut my paper and print directly from my normal printer. If you’re not comfortable precutting, you can print with crop marks on letter size paper then cut. I highly recommend getting a large paper cutter. Those usually have A5 guidelines as well making it so much easier to cut multiple sheets at once.
How do we create our own template? If I wanted to use quotes from movies, poets, celebrities, etc. how would I go about doing that, to avoid any legal consequences?
I’m unable to provide any legal advice but do a little research on “fair use” to learn more about what you can use without permission. I hope that helps! As far as templates, any design you create in Canva can be a template. Once you have the design, click share at the top of the screen. There should be an option to share as a template.
I used InDesign to create & edit my pages. There is a built in book layout that ensures the pages are formatted properly. For printing I print all pages - odd numbers then put the paper back in and print all pages - even numbers - reverse order.
Your channel is like listening to Beyoncé but for planners 😂😂 continue your passion! Very calming for me to be here listening to you

Just found you. New sub 😊
Yay! Thank you!
What do you use to reorganize your pages? So that it flows when you print front and back if that makes sense

@@ShesBasically do you print on front and back? Can you do a video on how to do it if you have time?
