Mr Laffrey was my brother’s one time boss. Right person to give opinion about my brother when needed. Mr Laffrey is of high caliber not like the so called IPS officers. Mr Laffrey felt for my brother late Sri D Seshagiri Rao when he read my post addressed to you detailing how you harassed my innocent brother highhandedly at the behest of fraudster Goldstone Prasad. As a fair investigating officer, you must have not humiliated my brother based on the version of a fraudster who has been staying in the country illegally. You had seen the status of my brother as a manager of NTC yourself being the acquaintance of Mr SK Vasudeva, then Factory Manager of Biccavole Factory of NTC. Above, my brother was a teetotaler although he was serving in the company of foreigners. Poor man, my brother’s two first children, a boy and a girl were crushed to death in a building crash. He never used to enjoy Hyd Biriyani like any of us in Hyd taking our official advantage. One of his comments over VHF (wireless set) while going to his office.............Control from Alpha (his radio code), I saw one traffic SI, scratching his balls at Panjagutta cross roads , ask him what made him to scratch his balls in public and let his Inspector produce him before me and inform the SI not to worry.....I am more interested about the answer from him.
