    So very pretty! Can you tell me where this technique was taken from? Are there archeological finds who used this tablet weave to make cords?
    Did you try using wool as well?

      Hi Lynn. Peter Collingwood discusses this in his book The Techniques of Tablet Weaving. However, the method is not usual and he goes on to discuss 6 hole tablets and examples from Sulawesi where the weave structure is different from the method which I describe. I do not know of anyone who has published anything else about this method. It does make a good cord and is easy to do. Susan J Foulkes
