    I’m new to yoga. I can’t seem to quiet my mind during the session, but I do feel relaxed and more calm afterward. So I guess it’s working. It’s soooo hard to get into the poses. Any other beginners struggling w flexibility. Help me feel better by telling me I’m not alone. 😂

    I really appreciated it when we were in pigeon pose and you gave us ideas on what to relax. For example when you said relax the quads and the knee cap! It helped me to relax muscles and areas I completely forgot or didn’t realize could be tight. Thank you!

    Thank you for this! I've decided to start taking online courses and yours has been my first class (found your channel a few months back because Carrie Dayton mentioned it) and I've created a kind of list for me to practice, and it has been my first class today. Back in the mat after almost 2 years of no exercising, and I cant be happier. I've felt I've lost quite some elasticity but I do hope to get it back again.

    I've been practicing yoga and meditation for just over 7 years. Yin was the first form of yoga I encountered, and back then there were only a handful of videos available. I've tended to stick with the same teachers over the years, but with so many videos now available, I've been trying new ones. I happened upon your channel tonight and really enjoyed this session. I am a health care worker and my days are a path of learning over and over to find peace and even joy working in a hospital during a pandemic.     Thanks. I haven’t done a yin yoga class where we paused for small moments to feel the difference after a pose. I also really appreciated resting my head on my thumbs. It felt like a massage or muscle release. I also love the quiet. I look forward to doing more of your yin yoga classes!
