They should be uploaded as a PDF file. The recommendation letters are not uploaded by the applicant but by the recommenders/referees and they should also be PDF files
Right now the gre and toefl test scores are not mandatory but they are askimg for a date in application on which i will appear for the tests in future where to enter that dates?

Select "TOEFL" then select a date in the future when you might be able to take it. Then select "GRE" and do the same. This will allow you to submit the application if all other sections and required fields are complete.
@ So we can add any date, without actually registering for the tests? Because in my country it's still not safe to attend the test centres for the exams, so what dates am I supposed to select then?
My professors have gmail account as their official accounts ...is providing a gmail accout okay? For referees email adress..or we need a university websie account?
same for me, even my one major advisor has left university and is now become a private lecturer teaching at tuition centers .. . what to do he has outlook account? can u help
Our referees have to upload a pdf? Or they have to write recommendation directly?

Hello Hamza, referees cannot upload a pdf, they have to write the recommendation letter directly on our application portal through the link they will receive when you submit their information as referees.
I am applying to the MS program at your university but my application is not submitted due to technical problems. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible and the last date of submission of application is 15 June 2020. Although I have emailed the International Office of your university regarding my problem. But I did not receive any mail from your university. why are show your university is good for international students?
