Sara Lodha, MSBA '24, reflects on the collaborative and dynamic learning environment at the UC San Diego Rady School of Management. She discusses her independent study project, where she partnered with MBA students to improve emergency room operational efficiency at UC San Diego Health’s Jacobs Medical Center. Sara also highlights her Capstone Project, where she and her team developed a custom large language model (LLM) using AWS to create a tailored chat solution for their client. Through these hands-on experiences, she showcases how Rady’s experiential learning opportunities prepare students to tackle real-world business challenges.
