I have made this multiple times. It's si easy to make, almost unbelievable..and the taste is stupendous. I love the way the original flavours of the garlic with skin are retained. Kudos!
Yeaahhh!! “Mooli ki bhurji” A very old, traditional, much enjoyed recipe of punjabis is definitely worth a try.. And chef now we will make it in your style..
Wonderful recipe! Except for the use of industrial cooking oil! High time we realize the bad effects of using refined vegetable oils! Peeps use unrefined oils and avoid these high advertised industrial oils!
Very well demonstrated! This is my first attempt making white radish. Your recipe looks delicious and easy. So Thank you. I have subscribed to your channel.
Hello Chef Varun, What you used was not 1 tsp of oil....it must be more like 3 - 4 tbsp...which is A LOT. However, it is much lesser than the usual 7-8 tbsp that you normally use. Your preparation will serve 4-5. It is a lot of oil per serving! Please be careful.......it will result in inflammation of arteries and other cardiovascular diseases after prolonged use. Your pans are made with excellent quality of non-stick material. You only need a fraction of the oil that you are currently using! I hope you take my sincere suggestion in the right spirit. Good luck!
What you are showing here is absolutely raw radish. It takes long to cook when you dice such thick cubes if it. It cannot be cooked the way you have shown and without covering it at all.

Man why did you not peel the 🧄 garlic?!
HEY FELLOW TH-camRS, LET’S HELP EACH OTHER GROW!! 🥳♥️
Did not like the concept of crushing garlic without peeling
U don't know shit about cooking then😂
Chef your recipe was interesting but I don't agree with the oil you are promoting. No oil is healthy specially refined oil .All the best to you
