    Ingredients:
    1 tsp Emami Healthy & Tasty Refined Sunflower Oil
    8 Green Chillies (crushed)
    8-10 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
    1/2 cup Onions (chopped)
    1 cup Radish (chopped)
    Salt
    Method: Let's start with pealing & cutting off the Radish (as shown in the video) then transfer this to the bowl and keep it aside.
    Next, cut the Stem & Leaves into pieces. Now transfer this with Radish in the bowl.
    Next, cut off the Onion then transfer into a smaller bowl. Now cut the Green chillies into little pieces then transfer it in mortar and pestle, now crush this roughly (as shown in the video).
    Next, do the same with the Cloves of Garlic.
    Now, let's start with the cooking for which heat up the Oil in the Pan then add Green Chillies (crushed), Garlic Cloves (crushed), Onions (chopped) stir for a bit and then add Radish (chopped), Salt.
    Next, mix it all together and let it cook for 10 minutes on medium flame. After 10 minutes your Mooli Ki Sabzi is ready to serve.

    Wonderful recipe! Except for the use of industrial cooking oil! High time we realize the bad effects of using refined vegetable oils! Peeps use unrefined oils and avoid these high advertised industrial oils!

    chef thank you. i need mooli to be soft in that case i would do cook 5mnts more. Can i add turmeric n masalas??can i omit green chilies.

    Hello Chef Varun,
    What you used was not 1 tsp of oil....it must be more like 3 - 4 tbsp...which is A LOT. However, it is much lesser than the usual 7-8 tbsp that you normally use. Your preparation will serve 4-5. It is a lot of oil per serving! Please be careful.......it will result in inflammation of arteries and other cardiovascular diseases after prolonged use. Your pans are made with excellent quality of non-stick material. You only need a fraction of the oil that you are currently using! I hope you take my sincere suggestion in the right spirit.     What you are showing here is absolutely raw radish. It takes long to cook when you dice such thick cubes if it. It cannot be cooked the way you have shown and without covering it at all.
