So far I have not had it smear and I've worn them alot. I think the blue did lighten a bit. so I would suggest putting clear nail polish or modpodge over it and it will stay perfect and shiny forever!
For the outline, you can outline it with hot glue before you spray paint ❤️
You can also use a gold nail polish if you don't own gold spray paint
