जय श्रीकृष्ण दी।🙏🏼 आपने बहोत ही बढ़िया तरीके से बकलावा मिठाई बनाकर दिखाई। आपका बहोत बहोत धन्यवाद। 🙏🏼 हमारे घर पर कुछ साल पहेले सिर्फ दो बार यह रेसिपी बनाई गई थी। एकबार काजू और पीस्ता की मिश्रण से लेयर बनाई थी। और जब दूसरी बार बनाया तब सिर्फ अखरोट डालकर बनाई गई थी। आपने कोर्नफ्लोर और मैदा का कोरा आटा लिया हैं। हमने कोर्नफ्लोर और चावल का आटा मे घी मिक्ष करके बीटर की मदद से अच्छे से बीट करके एकदम फ्लपी स्ट्रक्चर तैयार किया था। इस प्रकार हम सारी रोटीयो पर लगाकर आपने लेयर्ड बनाये हैं। वैसे ही रोटी के लेयर्ड बनाकर तैयार किये गए थे। लेकिन चासणी हमने जब पहलीबार बनाया तब फ्लेवर के लिए नींबू छीलके कदूकस करके डाले थे। जब दूसरी बार अखरोट वाला बनाया था, तब चासणी मे फ्लेवर के लिए केसर डाला था। यह बकलावा मिठाई बनाये हुए बहोत ज्यादा समय हुआ। अब सोचती हूं, बकलावा की रेसिपी फिर थोडा डिफरन्ट तरीके से बना ही लेती हूँ। जय श्रीकृष्ण 🙏🏼

Hi my baklava is in the oven but the upper part of the slice is not getting golden yellow as shown in the video. I did exactly the way its shown. But still..i m bakong in mocrowave convection.
