I was thinking the same thing. It actually made me cringe that all that goodness just went down the drain. He could have separated that and used the lard for something else or even sold it. Those juices could have been poured back over the meat or thickened up for a very tasty gravy.
I've been to Taiwan and loved the food there. Not only did I have a wonderful experience with the beautiful scenery and culture, but I was also impressed by the cuisine. 🤤😊
Todo se ve que está riquísimo ( pero te voy hacer una observación no puedes echar la grasa al desagüe) toda esa grasa vacíala en una vasija y luego la depositas en contenedores de plástico
This whole video is winning. Chapter 1 we find out fried pork belly is actually baked and hot grease is to be poured down the drain😂 Chapter 2 we learn to never eat asian sausages or vacuum sealed pork, yall did they really store those in shipping containers?!😂😂 Chapter 3 we again see fried pork belly being oven baked but this time in aluminum foil boats filled with oil. Interestingly they deep fry the pork skin, presentation is well done, weird to see asian takeout not served in a baggie😂😂😂 Chapter 4 is what you really came to see. It goes from gutter oil goose farm to willy wonka tortilla factory in a single frame. Also worth mentioning are their indoor charcoal grills. I liked that they are at least by the entrance to exhaust the fumes😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
doesnt anyone in these " video food making " talk to each other? i mean ive seen tons of these videos from eastern countries, and nobody talks. is it because they are not allowed? in this one with the sausages their lvl of hygiene and cleanliness is obviously non existent, yuk
Most other cultures focus on their jobs and tasks. This might be why they are more proficient, efficient and disciplined. Also, there is a trend of hearing the work cleanly rather than talking. Some of us prefer this to the random dude in a baseball cap over explaining every step he takes while cooking.
Those drippings he poured down the sink would have made a nice gravy. Beautiful work on the pork.
Agree
